We entered the store and was immediately approached by a sales person?no problem there? we go the information we needed and tried to walk around to look. Unfortunately we were stalked the entire length of our visit by the sales person! Every time we sat on a sofa, they were there, like a Ninja! We just wanted to discuss things? they kept interrupting? we walked on? back to the same sofa? they were there again, push push push?. We went to DFS, a completely different experience!

The wife and I have visited nine stores (yeah, I know) thus far in our quest for our next sofa. Due to health issues we have quite a niche idea of what it is we want. Or she does at least, I'll sit on a bean bag as long as I can see the screen tbh. Anyway, just wanted to tell anyone else looking for their next suite to go here and speak to Sharon. Out of nine stores the only sales person we've met who seemed more concerned we bought the correct sofa for us rather than selling every extra she could manage. She's excellent, friendly, non-pushy and knowledgeable. We're very grateful for her advice and hope Sofology know she's absolutely a credit to their business.

Visited here tonight just to browse the sofas, Reece approached us as we came into the store asking what we were looking for, pointed us in the right direction and left us to it. Came back to us later to discuss the options and prices in a very relaxed and non pushy way which we appreciated. We came home and have placed an order, thank you for making it a pleasant experience all round.

Didn?t end up buying from here but there?s a great selection to suit almost any home. Sales staff were really helpful and knowledgeable but without being pushy, which we appreciated.

My 82 year ild mom brought a sofa 2 chairs and seater.. quite clearly the quality was not good the stiching was poor and there were build ups of uneven padding fair play they sent someone out and they replaced the sofa and chairs. It all looked ok but 1 year of wear its looks cheap and sinking cusions with uneven padding the quality is not as they pride themselves on . I'd never buy from sofology.

We went to Sofology again today to buy the Radley suite only to find that they didn't make it in the type of fabric we wanted any more.We were just about to leave the store when Hemma asked if there was anything else we liked & I said that there wasn't. She steered us toward the Gracy suite & we actually preferred it to the Radley.After about an hour of sitting on it & being shown there was a heated option, we decided on it & we're really looking forward to it.None of the staff were pushy & Hemma was really helpful.I'd definitely recommend it. In fact one of our daughters already has a suite on order too.

Never buy the accident insurance policy as waste of time (castleton), they just look for excuses not to repair anything. The sofas themselves after nearly 4 years they look battered already whereas my old dfs sofa which I use the most still looks great & that's without using that lame protection kit provided by sofology. I spent 6k & wasn't worth it. People are too quick to review always wait

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY TRYING TO HELP PEOPLE FROM A BAD COMPANYSorry Jag but this review had to change becuase for the joke service I have been given by the after sales of this sofa never will I go to sofology after waiting 5 month for my sofa I was told it would be here before Christmas well that was a no show then when I get my sofa on the 12 of Jan it's comes with half the items that I ordered no phone call before delivery to tell me that just from the delivery man to said he has no clue where it is and to call sofology and ask. Then to top it off the delivery turned up 3 hours later no phone call an 1 hour before he just turn up poor service I have sent 3 email's and 2 phone calls with promise of call back still no phone call no email this company is a joke for after Sales if someone could call me on this as this is pass a joke

Myself and my mum went to sofology today was really impressed with the choices of styles sofa. However we was not sure if the size was good enough for our house. Tracy made design to add extra seats on the sofas and was really helpful telling us of the care and guarantees of the fabric and explaining everything to us. Fantastic customer service from Tracy. I will recommend any of my family/friends to this store due to the service my mum and myself got today from Tracy.we brought 3 sofas, looking forward to new furnitures.Thank you.
