Called Matt at Black Dog on two occasions over a year ago for mice and more recently for rats (our cat died 2yrs ago didn't realise how good she was with rodent control ). Matt understands having children and dogs at home. He discusses options, and prevention. He is responsive, I highly recommend. Thanks Matt!

Black Dog Pest Solutions was recommended to me via a friend.Matt called me and sorted out a suitable time for him to come and see me, he arrived on time throughout every visit.I had rats in my garden shed, Matt was very professional in his work, very knowledgeable, he seemed to know what the rats were thinking, he set the traps and came back a couple of times and caught the rats.Fantastic job done by a lovely bloke, I have no problem in recommending this company at any time to my friends.A massive thank you Matt

I would highly recommend Black Dog Pest Solutions UK, based in West Bromwich. Matt was fantastic in sorting out my squirrel problem, from first point of contact everything was all sorted within 48 hours.Fabulous service and price and extremely professional.

I called him after seeing a mouse the night before and he showed up the same day. He did more than he was asked for to ensure we would get no problems at all. He answered every question asked and was very knowledgeable. After dealing with the mice problem and also dealing with ants along the way. I called him after he was closed out of emergency of a bee nest in my kids room, he was very considerate of my situation and came straight over to deal with the bees. I highly recommend calling him if you have pest problem.

Called Black Dog due to a wasp infestation in my roof eaves. Matt sorted me out with a next day slot. Arrived as promised and dealt with the problem efficiently, coming back to ensure the issue was resolved. Very good prices too. A friendly, professional service. Would definitely use them again if needed. Highly recommended.

Matt was amazing!! Contacted him as I had a recommendation from a work colleague when they had wasp issues and couldnâ??t be more pleased. He was very efficient, explained everything, he also came back when we were still have some issues and provided re-assurance that they had gone!! Would definitely recommend!

Needed help with an ant problem I have had on and off for over 4 years. Found Matts company & called him, best decision I made by far! ... he came on the same day, I explained I had tried everything and the little things came back all the time ! ...Matt explained all about how ants work and the ins and outs of why I had probably had them for so long with no joy. He got to work very throughly searching, following them and treating them. He located their nest quite away from where they had been driving me mad! ..he certainly knows what he is talking about.... I would trust Matt with any pest I needed help in eradicating.... he is a lovely man, so friendly, helpful and explains things...just what you want when you are dealing with any â??pestâ? situation. I would definitely give him 5* and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help.

Matt is professional and passionate at what he does. A genuine 5 star recommendation for him. Dealt with our pest issue promptly and did remedial work to ensure we donâ??t have any future issues. Bang on time for each visit and great communication in between visits. Not out to rip you off with sensible prices. Recommended ð??

Really quick response. Called on a Sunday evening and had an appointment for the next day. Called in for a wasp nest and not only did he sort that but he found a second that we wasn't aware off and got rid of that too. Very professional and competitive prices. Definitely worth a call out if you have ANY pest control problems.
