I have been to this store many times. This morning it was quiet in the branch, therefore easier to see availability of products and ask questions. l attempted to purchase a fast charger that I saw online. Unfortunately it wasn't available to purchase instore. Elvira was very friendly and advised me on the pros and cons of 45w chargers and their appropriate uses. Samsung 25w chargers were readily available for delivery but a different brand (Cygnett - which l have never heard of previously) with the same 25w power rating was available for purchase at TWICE the price ?, which wasn't very appealing. Suffice to say l left the store and immediately purchased the Samsung branded one for same day dispatch and 1-3 delivery time frame. I would recommend this branch for advice but not the actual brand, namely EE, as they DO NOT reward loyalty WHATSOEVER!

Elvira was amazing, he helped me out so much and managed to get me a better deal than I was already on, much better service and explanation rather than over the phone where they just want a sale and don?t care about personal circumstances.Thank you Elvira.

Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Ethan, who identified himself at the door, as the store manager. I had taken out a contract at the Birmingham store previously (great and seamless process) and was today looking to take out a contract for my mom. Ethan, questioned my mom on what she wanted and how much data she currently uses however when she asked to be presented with the offers they have at the moment as she wasent sure what she needed, Ethan proceeded to ask the same questions again and advised he couldn?t help unless she could provide this info. He came across rude and unapproachable, something you would never expected from a store manger.

Rude to the customer. didn?t listen to the customer properly like what is the customer looking for . they just tried to sales their business that?s it .doesn?t care about customer needs. I never go back to that store again .

Went in store as was told could return items after 14 days if faulty or not happy the way told by the manager that I'm not was very rude about it will be complaining to there head office not good customer service at all

Been EE customer for 20 years I went in store to change line as I have not been happyI was told by JAY that I have 14 days to change my mind, went back to store with in 14 days and was then Told by the manager who was also rude that I don't and it's in the small print.Not happy that I have been lied to and they all seem to avoid me when they realised they are living to customers.Avoid this store and avoid EE , three are offering better deals

Mix of useful and rude staff who clearly don't want to be at work.Pros - Jay is really helpful team member sorting out upgrades and new phone deals for us. Service with a smile and genuinely helpful without being pushy on making a sale. He took the time out with excellent customer service.Massive cons- one of the female members of staff (Simran) rudely told me not to walk in and out of the store due to there being a step counter on the store impacts targets. I was taking a couple of private phone calls outside the store. I was rudely asked to either stay in store or leave because of the counter on the door. Totally unnecessary-it's a free world but clearly not if you're in this particular EE store. You may not want to be at work, but don't reflect that in your lack of customer service and lack of work ethic whilst standing texting/being on social media on your phone! I'm seriously unhappy with the way I was spoken to and it has negated and tainted what would have been a positive experience in store.
