After seeing an advertisement on Google saying that they repaired PS2 consoles. I spoke to someone in the store and found that they didn't do repairs anymore. So this advertisement should be removed to stop giving false hope to people seeking help. Still a great shop though.

The retail worker has scanned my digital game card and used my points but told me that it didn?t go through. So I had to pay for my points. I have checked my points disappear, after 24hours. I only received points from the £65 purchase and not £5 worth of points. So I got scammed by them. Paid £70 for a dualsense controller. I asked the staff, if they can refund and they refused because they can only offer store credit. So they receive money but can?t refund money. Stupid return policy and staff were ensuring me that the money will come back on after 24 hours but they still didn?t. They gave me an issue that I HAVE TO SOLVE. For their mistake.

Visited for the first time in around almost 20 years and was quite a nostalgic experience for me! I used to buy all of my PlayStation 2 games from here before I discovered internet shopping. Unfortunately everything I looked at can be found much cheaper online. My daughter wanted a Nintendo Switch game which I googled and immediately found £8 cheaper elsewhere, but I understand there are overheads to cover. It's nice to see it's still around and interesting to have a browse. Can't really comment on the staff as didn't interact with any of them while browsing.

Awful service, slow staff and they all stare gormlessly at the thing ringing in the corner when you try to contact them. I've even rang them and drove over there and as I've walked in, the phones still been ringing

Slow service, never have enough staff in the store, and if the staff on the desk have to call on the manager for help with an order, you can be left waiting 5-10 minutes to emerge from the back office.Terrible customer service, will refuse any and all returns, even if you have the receipt and it'd within the 28 days return window, as they can't be bothered to check the items for faults. (Even though their own customer support line says they should accept the item)Don't bother with the West Brom branch.Update: A week later, and was proven that this branch was lying. Spoke to customer service again, who assured me an item could be returned to another store. I went to their story in Merry Hill, Dudley, and the staff at that store had no problems with me returning the item.Clearly the staff at the West Brom store do not care for their customers, or the companies reputation.
