I really desperately needed some anxiety advice and the woman there was so unbelievably helpful. She took the time to ask me questions about what I feel day to day instead of just launching any product at me. I?ve took on her advice and I can?t wait to start to notice the difference.

This rant not really about the West bromwich store but about the Holland and Barrett customer services . They based in South Africa (probably because the get paid peanuts) . They can't speak English properly so they cannot help you when you call . Who employs people who cannot do the job correctly ?? Rude women put me through to the wrong place several times and one cut me off another wanted to know why I wanted to be put through to a store what a really bad experience will not be reccomending them to anyone . Next I will shop elsewhere Really really bad

After buying one article yesterday I couldn't take a carry bag because I already paid the article with my debit card and I didn't have any cash. I said polite to Michelle she could of ask if I needed a bag and she started to make fun of me. I walk to the exit door and she still mocking me. She also wiping her nose with her hands so many times while serving coustomers, she is very unpleasant.

Buyer beware. Was approached by polite staff said buy 3 items for price of 2 . But they still charge u for 3 at the till with 6 pounds discount. Went back with receipt , was told it's right I paid for 2 only.Item1 13.98Item 2 5.49Item 3 13.98Item free (3 for price for 2)13.98 + 5.49 equals on payment receipt. 27.98 pounds.This is unfair traiding. Its clearly not 3 Items for the Price of 2

I?ll never go there again. The old lady at the cash machine was extremely rude won?t never return againI needed to collect an order and she kept assuming I put someone?s else name because she didn?t look for the order properly. She refused to take the order number. I had to ask the supervisor which she found my order and was politeShe was a very rude lady I have no words

Poor quality of service from staff, treated disrespectfully as a disabled customer.Manager did not give enough thought of care. (West Bromwich) (Lots of eye rolls) made me very upset and belittling me as a vulnerable individual.

Some good deals and bargains here. Staff are always nice and customer service is 10/10. Works well using points card and any offers. I've used click and collect from here a lot of times and received everything quickly. The shop is always nice and clean and lovely atmosphere when you walk in. Staff are very helpful if you need help with anything or looking for something for in particular and they are very informative. Good range of stock and variety. Holland and Barrett have a good subscribe and save service, worth looking into if your purchasing the same supplements regularly to save some money, every 5th order is free on subscription and they give you the best deal on price the lowest price their is. Only downside is that they could add more products to the subscription service. Been buying regularly from here over the years would recommend to anyone.

I have walked though this shopping centre a few times but didn't realise there was a health food store. It's tucked away in a part of the shopping centre where there appears to be no shops, all on it's own! That said I was pleased to find it. This is a relatively small H&B but it does have a good selection of products including chilled foods, which some H&Bs don't have. I ordered a product that I had found in a large store and they helpfully got the product and put it away until my next visit. Very helpful staff.

Poor business ethics. Unreliable people. Arrived 3 minutes before 1730 and was already closed. Change of management urgently required.
