Aside from the great bargain price, the staff are amazing!!!On one occasion, they accommodate me to feed my baby in the changing room. On another, they offered me a larger changing room so that I could fit my buggy with my baby in as I tried clothes on.The staff are very caring and go above and beyond.

My experience at M&S Outlet was truly delightful ? from amazing bargains with quality to extraordinary customer service. I give the store and staff a perfect 10/10. The store itself was well-managed, clean, and featured impeccable fitting rooms. This is the place to be for a fantastic shopping experience.Anisha at the fitting rooms greeted me with a lovely smile and gestures, displaying exceptional politeness. Rashmi on the shop floor assisted with finding the right trousers and provided valuable suggestions and she further assisted me with sparks offers, memberships and store layout. Jas, who joined me in the fitting room, gave an honest opinion about the trouser look and suggested alternative options. Amanda, the store manager, promptly addressed and resolved an issue I had with my clothing.Thanks to the team for their assistance; I'll definitely be back soon! ?

They have some good deals. Especially the final reductions.we have not been for a while. The last shirt i bought from there appeared on holiday snaps for years. Had to let it go as I could not have it appear on another holiday snap.

I had the opportunity to visit the store last minute in search of specific items, and I was fortunate to receive assistance from Louise E. Her exceptional customer service exceeded my expectations, especially considering that the store's closing time was just five minutes away. Louise not only assisted me in finding the items I was looking for but also went the extra mile to help me locate an additional item to take advantage of a special deal. Throughout the interaction, I never felt rushed, and her dedication to providing a positive shopping experience was evident.
