I had such a wonderful experience at Stone Cross Post Office! The staff there are incredibly polite, friendly, and always go out of their way to help. Their exceptional customer service is truly rare and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this post office to anyone in need of their services.

Wouldn't use any other post office. The whole family are so welcoming and friendly. The lady always asks how you are and its done with genuine interest. The refurb is amazing.

After having a nightmare trying to return a simple Amazon return (due to 5 yes 5 other branches refusing!) this branch have ALWAYS been so helpful and go the extra mile, I actually travel past 3 post offices just to visit this one in particular when I do any sending now! Really friendly, family run branch!

Absolutely fantastic serviceThe one lady is so friendly and polite she always asks about my girlfriend and how she is she remembers where she works and always has time to ask how we both are!!! Good customer service is difficult to find these days but this lady has fantastic customer service thank you!The queues are long but go down quickly with the fast friendly efficient service

Always use this post office when I need. The couple there are the most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people. I wouldn't go anywhere else !

Absolutely brilliant! By far the best customer service I have experienced at any post office I have been too. The staff are so kind and make you feel comfortable and they go the extra mile to help you with anything you need. I cannot recommend them enough!
