Service is atrocious, staff member who had finished shift had to get on the self check outs as memeber of staff manning them was ignoring customers and the que built up.Staff are rude and intimidating, following me around the storw due to a memeber of staff misunderstanding what I said due to a language barrier, whilst distracted by following me around a bunch of school kids robbed them blind and the staff had no idea what to do.Half the time the self checkouts aren't working and when they are they're card only with no staff on tills

Absolutely always terrible customer service in every time I have been in. The worst one is a large gentleman with glasses so rude. I will travel to use poundland from now on
