at this post office, letters are regularly lost, some arrive only after 7-9 days and they should reach 3 days, The opening hours are a joke 10-12 .... the next step will be to shorten the hours to 10-11 and later it turns out that if you want to return the package or pick it up, you will have to make an appointment

when deliver parcel.even when not in at home.when make two attempts delivery I did arrange new delivery date for Saturday 12 August. even when try to pick up the parcel myself when it says collection is not available.otherwise going keep trying to deliver it then return to their sorting office.this dreadful poor service

The opening and closing time is a joke ...How any normal people working during the day can come and collect a parcel... it's good if you sit on benefits and have plenty of time ... But not a joking hours like this ... It's looks like they start working part time .. and you still going on strikes ... And I forgot.. we can rearrange the delivery... Oh yesss... But it's a problem .. noone at home at that time because normal people working ...or should people take day off .. lose the money just to come and collect the parcel.. why we still using royal mail.. you can close the doors and let another company come take over you and make it better .. because you just sitting on strikes ..

I booked a special guaranteed delivery by 1 pm (paid £14.45) they didn't come to the collection and got an email that they tried to collect but it seems nobody was at home which is a lie, immediately I went to my nearest post office and told to the manager and accept my parcel and gave assurance that it will be delivered in time but unfortunately even they failed to do that, I again ran to the depot if anybody able to help me but seen only one person is working and told that he is unable to help. Customer care Called customer care several times but ended with disappointment!!!Very poor service.?

Although the opening and closing times keep changing Staff in this post office are lovely, they are way better than the rude and obnoxious people at the Barton street/Bromford lane branch.

Staff have been very helpful when I have had to go in and always polite. Never nice having to run around after a missed parcel but easy enough to pop in with the card and iD and just grab it.

This place is never open. As most people miss deliveries because they are at work during the day then surely it would make sense to open in the evenings. And royal mail workers have the cheek to go on strike. Absolute joke.

Seemingly the delivery person at this office is incompetent, lazy, or both. I ordered a special delivery for an important document for a home improvement company; the delivery person arrived at the specified address according to the company, but failed to deliver my envelope. The address contains two sister companies; double glazing and home improvement. Apparently, the delivery person tried the double glazing, was directed to the home improvement office at the same location, but evidently just left without making the delivery. Are you telling me that for a SPECIAL DELIVERY the delivery person can't even be arsed to spend a couple of minutes finding the appropriate delivery location at a fairly small company office? Unbelievable - what a joker. This has put me in a very stressful situation as it's important that those documents reach the company in question. I did special delivery for extra security, but due to Royal Mail's bumbling I seem to have shot myself in the foot.

This staff there is pathetic, rude and not nice to customers, they making problems everytime , you press ring 2 times they bargruffly complaining about, you show ID from phone its no good for them, that id is exactly the same as orginal one and that their job to be at that window all times, I would fire this bloke from there

Work program is very bad. 8-10 am everyday. We are all of us at work in that time. Only Thursday they have open from 4-7 pm. I won't never use Royal mail.
