The car park is not free. You have to pay to use it.Rooms: Good size room, pity the heating don't work had to put a stand alone heater in the room, the soap dispenser don't work or there is no soap in it.

The room was dirty. A rusty bin a body wash you couldn't use . The bed was uncomfortable . The lamp in corner could not use . Said it was a super room well nothing super about it no hair dryer . The mirror was thick off dust . No wardrobe space no where to hang your coat . Socket by bed didn't work. People shouting early hours of the morning and slamming doors . Someone took the bottle opener off the desk . Breakfast was cold .I would not recommend this place stay away. Could not do any work because the lamp was dim and in corner near to kettle and coffee machine could not move it. Was supposed to be on quite landing that was a joke .crack in shower cubicle. And the IQ code you could not scan took picture of it .the lift smelt of dog . The bin dirty as for their sssh sign what a joke that is .Rooms: Not super at all was terrible.Food & drinks: Cold breakfast

I have OCD and noticed some poo streaks on the toilet door frame. I wiped and cleaned it and used wipes to clean the rest of the commonly touched areas of the room. Again, OCD.

Excellent service on reception. We were 45 minutes early but allowed to check in as room ready. Offered to be moved to ground floor room as gentleman on reception noticed my wife had some difficulty walking but we prefer 1st floor as given. Excellent service from Babs in kitchen. Wife had ordered chicken skewers which were highly spiced. Babs came out and advised her of this and offered to cook them plain and supply BBQ sauce instead. I was due in hospital for op next day and manager organised taxi for wife for her to get to me. Room clean,warm and cozy

Words can't say how nice the staff are fantastic I was sacred they looked after me. Done the far by if I needed they help my anxiety was bad. The breakfast was beautiful I not just saying this is the best place to stay . the day staff are very friendly welcoming ? thanks

This hotel is conveniently located for West Bromwich Town Centre. It is clean and comfortable and competitively priced. Car parking is only £3 for 24 hours for customers. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is excellent value as its unlimited and only £9.99. I did not manage to sleep for half of the night, so have only given 4 stars.
