The main areas of the car are really clean, door sills (external) and lower parts of the bumper don't appear to be clean at all, also the wheels have been half cleaned. For the price, I can't recommend at all.

Damaged the whole drivers side of the car, + other areas over the car.... with deep scraches and chips to bear metal. Dirt and grit being smashed all over the car with there grity cleaning wheels. Car not dryed. hd covering left hard to remove watermarks all over the car. Needs a heavy detailing to remove them all. AVOID. claim in progress

Helpful staff at the car wash. Hadn't previously used this venue before. They also offer the fullest range of washes/treatments for your car. Including the new Ceramic XTR treatment that helps with both paint protection and repelling the rain, insects and other surface contamination.

It was my first visit to an IMO car wash. The staff were extremely helpful, explaining the options available and how the system works. My 11year old grandson was with me. He thoughouly enjoyed the whole experience. The car was spotless clean and the cost was excellent value for money. I will certainly use this car wash again

Best car wash ever go down for a showroom shine! Amazing wax and shine with the ultra hd wash. Amazing valet services available also from express to mini to even full valets at reasonable prices. Very highly recommend if you are a car lover. Even if you aren?t you will become a car lover trust the process!Services: Polishing

Opted for £10 super wax ... not pleased with finish, lots of streaks due to air dry finish especially on glass, won't use again

Absolutely terrible rude attitude from staff at Wednesfield.I went in today had 2 pound voucher for new customer sadly was told can't use and to shut up !False advertising for one ! And do not expect to be spoken to like this.SORRY IMO I won't be using you again unless your staff have better attitude and just manners !!!Service: Car waxing

Really disappointed, absolutely awful customer service. Had a voucher which they refused to allow me to use despite the t?s and c?s not stating anything of what they were trying to claim as to why I couldn?t use it. Told me I had to make purchase despite the voucher being a ?welcome voucher? for your first wash. Then told me I was holding up the Queue and told me to move to the side despite not trying to do anything to help resolve the situation stating they were ?too busy to help me make up my mind?. Staff member then told me to ?shut up?, turned their back and walked off. Can?t believe the way I was spoken to, would not recommend.
