Fast , Efficient , Knowledgeable , and Friendly.I previously used another pharmacy in Darlaston and have waited over a week for my medication. This week I had call from my doctor, he sent a prescription to the pharmacy and 15 mins after putting the phone down I had a text to say it was ready. You can?t get better service than that.Thank You.

Absolutely dreadful. Went to pick up my prescription yesterday spoke extremely polite and was very understanding to the lady not only that they refused to issue me an emergency note for my prescription. I understand why it was not given but the reason for the one star is the way it was handled the day after I called and spoke to another lady. The colleague who I spoke to yesterday was by the phone and went " I told him that!" Yes you did but its epilepsy medicine and theres politer ways to conduct yourself.

So helpful and efficient. After multiple disasters with Asda pharmacy leaving me without medication several times I was really frustrated with what a hassle this simple task had turned into, but the people at Tesco Pharmacy are the polar opposite. They have a great knowledge of the medications, they text me when it's ready and call me when any problems. They even recommended a new GP for me when we moved house and they're brilliant too!
