“Just wanted to give high praise for all staff involved at the Finchfield Wolverhampton Branch who helped me in October. My query was quite complex first I called the branch and Amandeep was so helpful ,located the correct form and printed it ready for me to collect, she was very friendly and professional and when I visted realised she was new, it was quite busy and she handled this maintaining friendliness and professionalism. When I returned the completed form a few days later, I was required to speak to a central team by phone, Tracy took me through the whole process from start to finish, of which was very lengthy, the process was completed and I left the branch the same day with everything sorted and I couldnt have done this without the exemplar help from Amandeep and Tracy. It really highlights how important local branches are (I couldnt get to the one in town) and it is quite rare to receive such great services, thank you Nationwide, you have always gone above and beyond!”

“Free cash machine. I have used severally and I have not witnessed any issues. It was quick and reliable. It was located at the front of Co op shop and there were no queues couple of times I visited.There were car parking spaces at the car park in the front of the machine and also, lots of shops around.”

There was no queue and the lady who saw me was very helpful and professional.They have good social distancing and cleanliness measures in place with hand sanitizer and barriers. All the staff were also wearing masks and gloves.I felt very safe and my visit was efficient and easy. I would definitely recommend this branch.”

“Overall a nice bank. They need more cashiers on: there are always lengthy waits. Staff are always helpful. It’s a pity there’s no cashpoint machine inside. There was many years ago. I don’t understand why it was removed.”
“Good place to do weekly shopping. Asda store pretty much got everything. You can buy clothes including kids uniform. Meat and fish including Asian grocery . Fresh fruit and vegetables. Clean and large store for shopping. Plenty of selection at this location and the staff are quite good at keeping stocked. The atmosphere is lively and it's generally kept quite clean. Large car park perfect for peak hours, but super out of the way for pedestrians. Overall, my experience was good, staff were very friendly, and I was able to find everything I was looking for and more. Definitely recommend.”
