Went in with a painful back, unsure which product to purchase, lay in a bed that scanned my posture and went out with a tempur mattress. Excellent guidance and service by Megan.

We sort of knew what we wanted when we popped in, yet our salesman (Ryan) took the time to offer options and promotions that enhanced our purchase and experience. Having a huge selection of beds and mattresses to try out on the shop floor allowed us to make an informed decision and Ryan took the time to offer guarantee extensions, promotions (free pillows) etc. We left having ordered a mattress feeling valued and respected throughout our visit. The cup of coffee was a nice touch too. Highly recommended

Very helpful staff, Ryan, who served us was excellent, his knowledge of the products was amazing. While we were sorting out buying our mattress, we were offered tea or coffee ( we had coffee). Overall, we enjoyed our visit to Dreams Bentley Bridge. Thank you to Ryan who was fab.

Excellent service from James, Chris and Holly at Bentley bridge branch. Extremely professional and so very efficient! Love our new beds! Thank you for the super friendly and exceptional service. From the moment we walked in James and Chris gave brilliant advice and without being pushy (a complete no no in my book!). Holly helped complete the order and achieve the delivery date I wanted and thanks to all three I felt very well looked after as a customer. Delivery on time too. Won?t go anywhere else now!

Visiting any bed store is an intimidating exercise with so many options on offer but Chris at Dreams, Wolverhampton made everything so much clearer for us. First of all he offered us to try the Dreams Sleepmatch machine which recommends different beds based on your sleeping position. He then showed us high end options followed by cheaper options of a similar style with useful in-depth analysis of all beds. Moving onto the bed frames he made it much clearer on which were the better value frames based on what we were looking for. If you?re looking to buy a bed this is the place to go, all staff seemed very friendly without being pushy. I?m not usually one to write reviews online but the service from Chris was next level and feel it deserved a special mention!

We went today to order new mattresses for everyone. Two doubles and a king size. We were looked after by Hollie she was fantastic with helping us choose the right mattresses for all of us. We were looked after very well and given in depth knowledge about the products we were buying to make sure we purchased the best products for us. It was a pleasure to visit the store today to make our purchases and we are looking forward to the mattresses being delivered. The store is lovely and clean well stocked with so much choice and the staff are very warm and welcoming.

What a lovely shopping experience. Went to Dreamland at Bentley, nr Wolverhampton. The staff were lovely especially Hollie who assisted with information and advice in choosing our new bed,It made a lovely afternoon.

As soon as we walked through the door we were approached by the most friendly person gt.we were then handed over to the sleep expert ryan.who was amazing at his job .Needless to say we purchased a bed and mattress. Highly recommended.
