Had the opportunity to send phone purchased from the Google store back to Google or have repaired at the EE store Wolverhampton, supposed to be convenient and quicker.Only one member of staff was pleasant (if I remember correctly Monica) evyone else just rude.It was agreed the device was presteen.Phone sent away followed by a call wanting £170 for the screen repair and told I had dropped the device because the technician had found a non-existent crack.So had it shipped back to me and told them I would send to Google she warned me that Google had a reputation if not honouring the warranty.Google did a fantastic job fixed the phone under warranty so wasted time sitting in the EE store being ignored and taking time out from work definitely not recommended never again

Helpfully unhelpful! What I mean is they are polite and do their best to be helpful but for 9/10 problems the answer is call 150 and talk to EE. The shops are just there to sell you phones after that they send you to a call centre. The staff try their best but haven't got the authority to do much else than help you sign a contract. Sad but true.

I'd been eyeing some sweet online deals for the phone I wanted, and they were miles better than what they had in-store.The following week I was in the city center and placed the order online." But guess what? They wanted me to call customer service to finalize things. I mean, I get it, but it's a bit ironic. I'm trying to get a new phone, and they want me to use one.I walked over to this store and asked to use their phone. I called up customer service, sort out the order hiccup, and bam, problem solved.So, all in all, EE, left me a satisfied customer. The online deals might be a steal, but when I needed help, the store came to the rescue.

The staff is very rude. They don?t know how to deal with customers. Yesterday my husband go to store talk about the bundle payment that they charge extra from the actual amount. And the boy show the attitude and don?t talk properly with husband he said don?t Learn me about my job . Very sad very rude very disappointed.

Staff made multiple errors during an upgrade, That a month later I'm still discovering. Although staff are friendly the whole process was not enjoyable.

Please as human beings tell a colleague when he smells absolutely awful. Had to leave before completing an upgrade as I couldn't breathe it in anymore today. Apologies if I offend but dealing with the public daily hygiene should be top priority

The network is suitably priced, but they requested to get my passport, in person, for approval, from their office, before offering a sim. I went to another shop and they immediately gave me a sim and contract no personal details needed.

Visited this shop because I had problems understanding how to use my Samsung galaxy 5 watch ? the young assistant I spoke to was very helpful and and keen to demonstrate how to use my watch I am now getting the best from my watch 10 out of 10.
