Went on a Tuesday afternoon when it wasn't very busy. Staff available to help with our purchases, all very friendly. We were after walking boots and shoes. We were able to try different makes and styles until we found what we wanted. Go Outdoors price match and we were able to get a very good discount on what could have been a very expensive afternoon. Very happy.

Adore this store, always good for a browse with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Always good to have a browse on their Web page, but nothing beats going into store and actually check the kit in person.And remember your membership card, only a fiver and it'll save you that much many many times over.

Branded goods at discount prices ( £5 yearly fee but worth it) clothing, hiking boots, tents and all the equipment, everything for the great outdoors. Store clean and tidy, staff are friendly and helpful, plenty of parking

Everything I want under one roof not overpriced the discount card makes a good difference great for both adult and kids clothing wide range of accessories, the staff seam up to date with what's happening outdoors and will give advice if needed. Just be careful as they can sell out of sale items quickly. Would recommend a visit if only to have a look around remember to go outside to see the selection of tent's. 25th June 2023 update needed some new gear so of I went everything I wanted under the same roof clothes all tried on for a good fit and that's when I have a problem, I went into a changing room using the largest one as I have mobility issues all that is in the room is a chair and that's where I have a problem with balance issues No Grab Handles to help standing to get the clothes on needing something to hold onto would be very useful thankfully on this occasion I had my wife to assist but still with loss of balance, please would you take this under consideration within changing rooms other than that we'll done. ?

Great service today at Wolverhampton Go Outdoors from Mark the store manager. Our small family were undecided between 3 x air tents. After a good time looking at the outdoor setup as well as trawling the Internet for reviews we settled on the Berghaus Air 400xl. The store price matched this to Black's and Millets saving us over £200 on the Wow Deal in store. Great service! In fact, such great service this is my first Google review.
