It's an OK automated car wash, however some tough stains weren't removed, and not too sure about the waxing either, it didn't looked waxed at all, although paid for it.

I was there yesterday at 5:20 pm after standing nearly an hour in traffic to get my car washed, just to be informed that the car wash is already closed for the day (as far as I?m aware this thing should be opened until 6pm?!) I guess they don?t need customers, fair enough to say that was the last time I?ll even try to give them business

I've been here twice now - the first time was excellent as it's obviously a fairly new site, or been refurbished recently - if not, it certainly looks like it!This time, however, we paid for the £18 ceramic XTR wash on my wife's car and it was dreadful. I'm fairly certain you're supposed to get a 'pre hand wash', but we got blasted over with a jet wash for about 5 seconds and that was it.Some of the equipment in the wash itself wasn't working properly (one of the big brushes wasn't spinning) and the car came out with huge areas that were still filthy. We were on the minutes to get somewhere and a queue had formed so didn't have chance to raise it with the attendants.I have contacted IMO and in their defence they are usually pretty good with issues, so we'll wait and see.

Disappointed! Dirty car after £12 wash & unprofessional response.My car emerged from the Deans Road IMO wash looking just as dirty as it went in. I even drove around the lot expecting the suds to disappear, but sadly, nothing. To add insult to injury, calling to clarify was met with a dismissive "machine washing" comment and a disconnect before I could explain further. Needless to say, £12 poorly spent. My advice? Look elsewhere for a cleaner wash and better customer service

Used this wash yesterday one of the brushes as you go in hasn't worked for months I was told its not important as the main brushes do the job, as I went through the system it stopped about five or six times and had to be reset. While it was stopped no one came to start it despite me blowing my horn and shouting them for around five minutes. This is the worst car wash I've ever used and will not be returning, I give this wash a no star rating.

Went in today 23-09-23 at 13.30. Would not recommend the mini valet plus for £25 or £30 with wash. Waste of money complete ripp off.All windows cleaned with a dirty rag which left spears everywhere, he couldn?t be bothered to clean the inside of the boot with the vacuum . Windscreen was a disaster inside. Forgot to hand wax it had to remind him to do it. Hand wax was just a spayed on red liquid and then briefly wiped off. All the wax sprayed onto the windows which wasn?t cleaned off and left them with spray marks all over them. Tried to complain but he barely spoke any english and Constantly spitting on the floor.Absolutely avoid the mini valet for £30 go somewhere else. Feeling 100% SCAMMED

Car was as dirty as before,wheels not cleaned properly despite costing £9. Did it myself and achieved superior results. Not good enough

Visited as have vouchers.Had a middle of the road wash.Yes cleaned vehicle but on closer expection losts of missed spots especially in the more awkward areas like numberplate around the roof rails etc...As it was free no complaints but I wouldn't have been if I had paid for it. Could have two hand washes with a better finish for the same price.

The service of the car wash is bad . Not recommend to any one to go there just waste of time and money . Also the water stinks there ..And they not doing there job properly...It used to be good but not now .Avoiding this car wash from now on ...
