In the tetenhall branch customers always have to wait, whether there is a short or long que.There are alot of staff but they aren't attending to customers.The last twice l have visited the bank in the last month l have observed 3 occasionswhere people who had finally got to be served were dealing with the sensitive issues of probate and death certificates.Their business was discussed at the till in front of the que.It was visibly very awkward for the client and other customers.This is an unusual practice . Surely customers with issues over a recent death and finance should be prioritised and taken to sit in a side room to discuss their private business.One client did complain and was brushed off and referred back to the team on line who had sent her to the bank.There is also no way of contacting tetenhall branch to make an appointment .

Overall a nice bank. They need more cashiers on: there are always lengthy waits. Staff are always helpful. It?s a pity there?s no cashpoint machine inside. There was many years ago. I don?t understand why it was removed.

The team at this branch are fabulous! To see the same lovely people every week is a rarity these days. Thanks to Craig for the last 2 meetings, both useful information, following to setting up my daughters first bank accounts. I spoke also with Lisa the manager after to say how appreciative I am to be advised by Craig. I won?t book a meeting with anyone else as no stone goes unturned and I?m confident to put my trust in him always, thanks for looking after me and the family Craig!

Just returned home after a meeting with Craig Humphreyson. The meeting lasted 1 hour and it was most informative. Craig was excellent, he took time to explain so much to us and was so friendly and helpful. Craig is a credit to the bank.

I visited the Tettenhall branch today, as I have done many times over the last forty years and found the service to be efficient, polite and friendly as it always has been. I feel very grateful to have this excellent facility so locally.

Staff were rude.The manager seemed more interested in checking out her Instagram feed than paying attention to the customer. First woman was extremely patronising and rude. You expect banks to be professional but here it?s anything but. Very unprofessional.

There's always pleasent staff at this branch and I use it often, today however I was served by a member of staff (Julie) who was very miserable, she obviously didn't want to be there, she didn't greet me at all in fact she didn't say much apart from shout at elderly customers behind me to wait in line.She huffed at serving me 3 times for no reason, is it a wonder people bank online with customer service bank representatives like this staff member.I hope she was just having a bad day, as we all do, I just didn't like being made to feel unwelcome and like I was a bother to her.Rated 3 stars as usually this branch has nice staff members that always help with banking queries and it's very conveniently located.

Couple of staff quite rude at times and make one feel inferior ,just don't want to go into bank in Tettenhall as made to feel uncomfortable ,which is a joke really as have banked with Lloyds for a lot of years must add not all of the staff there are rude

Horrible customer service....they behave as though you the customer are an inconvenience. One is left with the very strong impression that unless you are a billionaire you will be treated with utter contempt by the staff.....and for the love of God ...do not ask them to do anything!!!! When they are finished attempting to fob you off they will then resentfully do what you have asked of them.. I was about to get my mortgage with Lloyds....after the way I was treated I am now looking for another bank!
