Really polite young guy on the front of the store that knew exactly what he was doing. Makes a change to some of the incompetent staff at many of the other post offices locally. My new favourite post office. They seem to understand customer service and I expect that as a bare minimum when I'm spending my money somewhere. Thanks again :)

Terrible service and clearly ripping people off by charging for first class services yet sending via second class. I found the woman behind the counter to be extremely rude and unprofessional to both myself, my friend and customer before us. She insisted I paid for a large letter stamp as it was a padded envelope (absurd because i often use these envelopes with regular stamps, and it clearly fit through the slot she demonstrated with). I agreed to pay the extra for the stamp as I was in a rush and made it very clear that I needed it to be sent that day via first class. The recipient sent me a photo of the envelope when it had arrived and the woman at the PO had sent it second class, while charging me for first. Luckily I have proof of purchase to use in the complaint. Also, the store looks like a jumble sale with 2nd hand clothes lining the queue area. Avoid!!

I have to agree with the previous one star rating of this post office. The lady behind the counter is rude and condescending each time I have had to be served by her. I have also witnessed her being rude and making fun of a lady who obviously had health issues. I have had to go today because I was short of time, but I usually use the PO counter in Lichfield Street as, whilst much busier, the staff are so much more friendly and helpful. This woman seems to go out of her way to be horrible and also charges a higher postage rate and then claims she didn't hear you say the rate you asked for and also "has told you what the price and service she has selected" when she clearly didn't. My husband stopped using this counter for this specific reason. I won't be visiting again.

Busy Post Office. Very nice staff. Always pleasant. Be prepared for the odd queue now and again. It does get busy.

The people in this post office are a disgrace, they are so unhelpful and unfriendly. They tell you they dont take certain payments and wont provide services that other post offices provide. They dont deserve any business!

Staff so rude and unhelpful. They dont deserve any business at all. I have been in on numerous occasions and the woman behind the counter is horrible every time. I wont be visiting here again I would rather give my custom to someone that appreciates it

I have put 1 Star & I think I am being Very Generous with that!, I have only been in a couple of times & the Staff are Arrogant & Rude & seem to give You the Feeling that You are Privalaged to be Frequenting their Establishment (If I Can Borrow a Line from Falling Down Movie!), I have used/Use a lot of Post Offices where the Staff are often Great but this Place Unfortunately Bucks that trend!.
