NEVER opened. This month I have been to the post office & it is always closed. The scanners are always broken and have to go else where it's empy and dirty the diet on counters and floor. Old white lady very rude, refuse to give her name. AVIOD THIS POST OFFICE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Never open until 5pm despite what opening times say. I.e. Got here at 16:36 today and the shutters were down. Very annoying and inconvenient for people who work.

This is my local post office and, apart from the fact that there is usually a queue, I have only ever had positive experiences. The women here all work well despite being under way more pressure than your average UK office. They have to deal with all sorts of complicated bureaucratic matters and are so incredibly capable and calm. My only concern is staff safety and the fact that there so often seems to be only one woman working alone.

People give poor reviews about this place but whenever I come in I find the staff to be very helpful and courteous. I used to use this post office regularly for years only downfall is, a pair of shoes I returned I can't seem to track them and am still waiting on a refund otherwise it's a nice post office!!?

Dishonest!!!!!!! Rubbish service and rude staff, from the first second said ?I don?t know? to all my questions, trying to hide the prices from me, I was there first but served the white lady before me, charged me £6 for a normal envelope and the slowest delivery service

Visited for the 1st time today to send a very important package (book) to the USA. Post Office staff (Manjit) was amazing, she could tell i was a novice to sending items so her service and support was outstanding, helped me every step of the way, patience, packaging, customs form, sending advice etc, Really impressed, restored my faith in the PO??

I use this post office regularly. Both manjit and jas are lovely hard-working ladies, I disagree with the comments made that staff are rude. I?ve been in queues where customers have been demanding, queue jump, and rude to the staff and the ladies continue to do their job under these circumstances. Carry on the good work ladies!

Well as far as Post Offices go, it's not excitement of the century.There's enough parking around, and you'll get the usual services typical of a Post Office, but there's always room for improvement.The owners need to be more customer focussed especially as there's at least three or four other P.O within a two mile radius.They must avoid argumentative situations and let people know their hours so they don't have their time wasted.Moreover, even if the customer is'nt always right, no one some appreciates being offered something they didn't ask for, and if it's pointed out to the counter clerk, it's not vital that the clerk have the last word, or any one for that matter.They should also be more prepared to go the extra mile. I am use to P.O being open until 5.30 not 4.50 or if the mail van has already collected from the. post box outside. If they're not doing the traditional things, they might as well pack up if they are finding it hard going.

It was nice to go in a post office where the lady serving (Manjit) actually looked smart and official, and took the time to explain my options for sending my parcel. You can also park for free right outside.
