If you like being sworn at and your parcels being 'accepted' but never dispatched or collected then this is the place for you.I overheard customers outside complaining about the attitude of the new owner prior to walking in and it was confirmed before I left.Avoid at all costs, there is at least three other post offices I can think of locally so would suggest you visit those instead, if you want your parcels to reach their destination.REPLY: Your ego getting the better of you again with your response, you state 'disrespect' yet I merely stated I would be using an alternative post office in future if you're no longer accepting parcels on a Sunday.Care to share what you've done with my parcel? 13 days later and it's not collected, did you 'misplace' it!?

This is my regular post office. Staff are always courteous and helpful. I am always very pleased with the very good and vital service they provide.

Brilliant post office! Staff are friendly and helpful. The shop is well stocked and has a wide range of products. They are also an amazon collection point.

It was my First time using this postoffice, the friendliness,help and advice I received was brilliant, I don?t usually leave reviews but this guy deserved it ,before I left I had to ask the gentleman his name ?Ali? because 10/10 service and I will definitely be returning to do my regular posting here.

I was having difficulty returning an Amazon parcel.I was told that Ettingshall Park post office would be able to help me.They were correct, my problems were sorted immediately, professionally and with a smile.The post office is in sound hands again and continues to have a very pleasant atmosphere.Thank you for your help, very much appreciated.
