Went today to get some Euros, at approx 2pm, only one person serving. Joined the queue of four people in front of me. Twenty minutes later, it was my turn. Refused to take an Irish £10 stating management have told her to no longer accept them, even though they are legal tender! Needs more staff to meet customer demand and enable them to process legal tender.

Got there at 17:50, post office closes at 18:30. Woman told me the post office is now closed. Might want to update your times.

Was very surprised to see they would not let my top up my gas card unless I spent £1 in shop. That is crazy since they get paid for having payzone by payzone. Don't think I would use again. Staff were really good but their hands are tied. SHOCKING!!!

Very nice pleasant post mistress at this post office. She's a credit to the royal mail. A lot of other post office staff should take a leaf out of her book. Thank you for a lovely service.
