Really bad service the staff is really rude no manners don?t know how to attend a customer and telling customers that they are lying during refund ,the manager is the worst because he is the rudest in there and attempting of intimidation this is disgusting behaviour they should be ashamed of themselves I definitely wouldn?t recommend buying anything from Screwfix ever again

It was nice. Friendly staff and great services.They got lots of varieties to choose.I got all I needed there. No queue or waiting in the line.Place clean, neat and tidied especially inside.Product were arranged nicely and neatly.Great to visit.

Went to screw fix for some table screws (to fix table legs and table together, i only had one screw and needed more). Screwfix didn't supply them but instead of just sending me away to keep searching and I had been searching everywhere without joy. A lovely member of staff searched on the Internet, wrote down that they were called flange head allen key bolts and what size I needed and where to search. Thankyou screwfix, my table fixed together, you made that happen.

Excellent service from the team at Wolverhampton store. Every time I've been in I'm greeted by a friendly helpful me ever of staff, which seem rare nowadays! Had an issue with a product and it was sorted out with no dramas or fuss. Been using screwfix for years but my interaction with this store over the past few visits has promoted me to post a review. Keep up the good work!

If i could give more i would. Each time myself or my partner have gone into the shop each member of staff has looked after us to the highest standard! My first time in, there were two members of staff serving and i was the only person waiting, i mustn't of been in there more than a minute and a lady who was walking by with a trolly of goods to put away set aside her trolly to serve me, i thanked her for doing so. This blew me away as most places of business wouldnt of even batted a eyelid that someone was waiting unless the queue was our the door. Each member of staff ive had dealings with in my 3 visits have been outstanding!!!!

Good service from the staff as always, but I'm disappointed to hear that screwfix have decided to remove the catalogues.Sometimes you don't know what you need and having the catalogue to look through helps find the right product for the job.Toolstation will be my first choice from now on.Bring back the catalogue

Ordered on the app & attend the branch, after waiting a good 5 minutes, ii was told to use the in store check-in (what is the point of ordering on line if I have to basically order it in store ?????) so I waited another 5 minutes for one of the till staff to shout someone to pick my order, the female branch manager looked at & used an extremely disrespectful tone stating I?ve not checked in correctly & asked for the last 4 digits of my order, after giving her the digits, I stated this new system is pointless as I?d have been quicker ordering at the till!!She rolled her eyes & shook her head at me, I told her she needs to change her attitude to then receive abuse as she was trying to get me to invoke an argument!I told her I was disgusted with her attitude & she didn?t care, I then said I want to make a complaint, then to be told 0330 on line ?????I asked for her name but was only told branch manager, I was then patronised by the Asian male/female operating the till as she said ?have a nice day?!The worst experience I?ve ever had in any retail situation!
