She was patient throughout & made sure our selection was suitable for my mother. She was assisted by Alex. Always happy to recognise excellent customer service when it is provided. “I visited here today after enquiring about some custom insoles online and was contacted by Amanda who called me to advise on the best products for me. She advised I needed to custom insoles that are made there whilst you wait.It is a walk in service and takes around 10 to 15 minutes.I went to the store and was looked after by Liam who was absolutely brilliant. He talked me through the process and explained how it all worked and then went on to explain the results of the scans on my feet and how the insoles are made.I highly recommend this service, the insoles are ready within minutes and cost a fraction of what insoles cost that are made from scratch.Very happy customer.”

“We decided to have fish and chips for lunch. We asked for bread and butter only to be told we could only have a roll and butter as the bread was for toast. We offered to pay for toast but not to havevit toasted but then it wasn't toast. It took several minutes for us to be allowed to have b&b. Why oh why was there such a battle?!?!On a positive note the fish and chips were beautiful as was the bread andbutter. Shame to spoil our experience. Why do the restaurant managers make such ridiculous rules. Do you not have b&b with your fish and chips? It made a lovely meal better yet caused such a dramatic.Come on guys, get it sorted please.”

Wears for Ladies, Men and Children of different sizes, variety and quality.A Homeware Section, Bags, Shoes & makeup were also available.You can pay with card, cash, Nextcard, etc.Good customer service.”
