When we went to the bar we was served last even though we was at the bar first, the lady at the bar completely blanked us and served people who came after us which we thought it was very rude and ignorant considering we was their first. Nice, big, clean space. Girls on the bar were pleasant and helpful, but the food service was very slow from the time it was ordered to it reaching our table (it was quite a busy 'Twixtmas' shopping day on a retail park!). Carvery was mostly nice , only a slight issue with the beef , as it had a chewy , grisly part in it.Other than that, the meal was good , hot, and plentiful. The food would have been a 5☆ if the beef hadn't had the grisly part.Guinness was nice and cold ?
