“I took in a favourite jacket of mine which had a lot of blood stained into it which I needed for an upcoming important event. I was advised they may not be able to get it all out and that I should buy another jacket in the meantime in case. I appreciated the heads up. Not only did they work really hard and got all the stains out perfectly but they also called me to let me know so that I didn't waste time and money on another jacket.
