Assistant Manager is very very rude lady and not helpful at all !! they lost my mobile phone because of their staff mistake. She is not helping at all ! she did not even say any single apologetic word. Very disrespectful !!!

Utterly rubbish experience in here... Either wait 20 mins to drop off a parcel or walk straight in to just be ignored and the 2 ladies are in their own conversation and when they do answer they give useless information and don't know what they are doing as what the post office website instructions say.. best option is don't visit their branches and just go online

I had to return several parcels as well as sending a letter. The lady who I dealt with was absolutely lovely. Very professional and friendly and I was in and out in no time all. Great post office, will definitely use again!

This is a great post office! The staff are very friendly and helpful!With post offices closing down nationwide amid deteriorating High Streets, online shopping dominance and the Tory?s privatisation of Royal Mail, we are very lucky to still have a post office in this town. Hope it stays.
