I was away for the weekend and forgot my medication, I went around to the pharmacy and they were very helpful. I got my surgery to send a repeat prescription and within 2 hrs it was ready to collect. Very helpful and great service.

Absolutely brilliant, had been to over 4 chemist's around Burgess Hill for essential medication to be told wasn't available, went into to be told could supply enough till my next day off, very courteous polite, would recommend to anyone.

Really disappointed with the customer service received today (24/12) and the nature on how this was communicated.Blaming COVID on a reason not to exchange a knee support to a larger size when the old has not been used and without any prior notification or signs to say no refunds / exchanges is just bad practice and clear greed. £16.99 out of pocket.Now moving all my custom to elsewhere

Whoever I spoke to on the phone to ask for my prescription to be forwarded to Tesco as I live right next to it, was extremely abrasive and patronising. She tried to tell me it couldn?t be done because she didn?t have their address. She then said ?don?t you have anyone who will collect it for you?? She informed me that my prescription would have been posted to them via LIVI. It?s all electronic now of course so that wasn?t the case. In the end, rather than lose the £ they would get for my script by forwarding it to Tesco, they offered to deliver, as a one off and I was told in no uncertain terms that next time I use LIVI, I am to inform them straight away where I would like my script sent. Don?t worry, I will inform them it can go anywhere so long as it isn?t Williams! Absolutely no need for your attitude.

A++ service. they are super quick on prescriptions and have sound advice.to the guy complaining about the price of paracetamol: yes the boots own brand is 50p but boots also sell other brands at over £2. its hardly down to the shop what the brand charges them, and I'm pretty sure they don't have access to the boots own brand. but hey, theres a boots 2mins up the road. (cheapest tube of moistorizer in boots is over £3 but in SC Willuams cheapest is £1.50 (epimax cream), so i just suppose its down to what stock they have access to)
