Brilliant service, ordered less than a day go nd dress arrived today. Love it, bought in sale and excellent style and fabric. What a bargain! Have many Woolover items and all live up totheir standards. Very satisfied and happy buyer, many thanks for a great service and product.

Comfort and design are excellent but most of the several jumpers I have bought have either shrunk or not washed well in spite of washing according to instructions, using a detergent designed for woollens. I have decided to use a lower temperature than suggested and hope this will avoid shrinkage and matting, although one of the jumpers kept 'good' already has three small holes. I am reluctant to buy more or recommend, even although the jumpers have been admired when first worn

Bed socks - they are lovely, thick and warm. However, I've had two pairs and both of them have worn through very quickly on the heels. Not what I would expect for the price. I've had much cheaper pairs from other retailers last way much longer. This is a real shame as they showed so much potential & I would have bought more if the quality was right

Lovely outlet shop with a variety of jumpers etc. Good to try on for size, design and colour to suit with fruendly helpful advice from sales assistant. Well worth a trip if you're after wool jumpers like we were.

They seem like nice products at first, BUT I was disappointed to see that both my jumpers had a "made in China" label attached. I truly thought this was a British product, especially as they are quite expensive! One jumper has "pilled" badly after being worn for a short time, even before the first wash. I haven't worn the other one yet so I'm still to see if that "pills" too. The catalogue should state clearly that these are made in China!

My wife e bought me a tmfer of these a few years ago and they are excellent. Ideal for winter warmth. She bought 4 Arans. They are as good as the day she bought them. Excellent quality.

Placed an order with this company for a full price cashmere sweater as they looked as though it had good credentials. WRONG!Firstly they use Evri (ex Hermes) and parcel went missing, not the only one looking at other reviews. I had a msg from Evri to say parcel would be arriving by 3.30 pm on a Saturday. Then received a msg from them saying couldn't access property which I knew was a mistruth. Checking the Evri Track and Trace they showed a photo of a country lane - no houses- that's a mile from where I live.Immediately contacted Woolovers. Oh my goodness their customer service is a misnomer. Apart from one guy who actually read my email I was treated very badly. Tried to get them to send a replacement via Royal Mail as parcel had clearly gone missing. Numerous emails back and forth with no resolution.I eventually rang Woolovers on the Friday, nearly a week later to try and get things sorted as they clearly didn't have the intention or ability to do so. They agreed after some persuasion (you know the thing, oooh i need to talk to my line manager) to send the sweater out that day 48 hours Royal Mail (they won't spend money on 24 hour service) and assured me I would have the sweater by Monday!Erm no. Email from them Sunday to say out of stock! I asked them to refund me plus £20 for my time emailing and calling them. Very much doubt I will get the £20.So company obviously cheapskates. Also some products are made in China despite their branding and back story.AVOID. Pure Collection are infinitely superior products and customer service. Must have purchased cashmere and other clothing from Pure Collection at least 20 - 30 times over the years and never an issue.

No stars! Appalling product and unhelpful support. The claim that the products are machine washable is false. I can confirm that even hand wash shrinks the cardigans. Order 6294430 was a total waste of money. Craftily, the review is not possible to post without a star, therefore disregard the one star given.M Denman

Complete joke of a company. Bought two cashmere/ merino tops. Both washed together as per instruction. One shrank. Took photos and emailed and phoned the company. An email later requested a photo. Resent the photo then nothing. Further emails, no response. Called them, so sorry for failing to reply, we will send a return envelope. Guess what, no envelope just another request for a photo! Complete joke, quality is average, more primark level.

please have your customer service respond as after over a week with 6 jumpers that are ALL incorrectly labelled or sized no one has responded for 12 days! ZERO quality control or size allowances. your customer service is a shame and your product is not consistent nor worth the price considering no size is consistent.
