Dropped in here on Friday (14/04) to look for some items for my wife, went upstairs and saw a young lady who was really helpful, they didn't have the item in that we were hunting for but she directed us as to how we could look online, order ( Free Del) and return to Store or a Millets if needed... on top of this I knocked over all over her tickets across the floor, I tried to help and offer to gather the pile spread far and wide but she was having none of it, (Sorry and thank you)We headed downstairs and did in fact purchase some items, the lady who served us too was equally as helpful, with the items we were going to purchase it turned out if we purchased something else it was cheaper !! Bonus... More for less... All in all, very positive, never knew there was an upstairs, but great products, but even better customer service. Great shop, Great staff.

Great products, great price, and great service! I never go anywhere else for my outdoor gear. The Chichester store is always welcoming and the atmosphere is very relaxed, and no one is pushy. Definitely my local go to.
