Had two prescriptions in (one sent in a week ago and one only a few days ago). Went to collect first and because they had the second one on the system kindly put both together whilst I waited so I didn’t need to go back.”

“Das the pharmacist here is the most Amazing , Wonderful man ! He came to my Mum's aid & rescue in time of need, he is so clever & capable, caring & kind, he went beyond & did what no one else was doing for us that day, last Saturday. Try n cut a long story short, I'd taken my 75 year old Mum down for a working break to Hayling Island & she ran out of her 10 monthly repeat prescription meds as away longer than anticipated & normally with Lloyd's pharmacies, they assured us we could get them anywhere when they returned it "back to spine" but Lloyd's in West Town, Hayling couldn't & wouldn't help, very rude & was busy, hectic chaos there so we had to phone NHS 11 which took another hour = 7 hours altogether that day spent, which led to NHS phoning Lloyd's who wouldn't answer so they contacted Das here as next nearest I suppose & he 'phoned me on my mobile & said if we could get over there, not too far a drive if traffic good, he'd sort it all out for us & he did ! Marvelous miracle worker & such an angel with it ! Felt compelled to leave a review to show appreciation for what he does & to let others know how good & valued & valuable he is. ... I was impressed by this pharmacy too, very unusual & plush as set within a medical centre, with a robotic medication dispenser, never seen before !”

“We arranged our first visit with boots online and had our eye test this week. Our Eye tests were done very efficiently with everything being explained at all times. The staff were great, friendly, attentive. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything. I would highly recommend coming here. Easy to find on the high street. Thank you”

“I have booked my sister in for her ears to be syringed next week and I rang today to confirm the price after reading the below review, and it is definitely NOT £80 per ear, it is £80 for both ears, which from my research is very competitive! Perhaps the reviewer below heard incorrectly due to wax blockage. EEEEEK that’s a bit embarrassing! As a member of the NHS myself, I think it true to say pharmacies have been one of the only accessible sectors throughout the whole of this dreadful pandemic. When Drs dramatically minimized face to face appointments and went online, when all dental appointments were cancelled, Pharmacies were still plodding on, best they could, and in fairness to Summersdale, their store is very narrow, the fact they are ‘behaving in the identical way they were in the height of lock-down’ actually is a credit to the importance they put on patients wellbeing. I guess the Onslow’s of the world will never get over the fact that they weren’t invited to Hyacinth Bouquets tea party, but the fact Chichester has such a vast range of pharmacies allows one, to find a store that is their cup of tea. I personally have witnessed the rudeness that has been directed to the staff and as a nurse, I actually had to intervene and tell a customer they were being very out of line, however, the counter staff remained calm, calmer than I was! It is a sad turn of affairs when staff that are trying their hardest have to endure abuse in their workplace, unnecessary rudeness, swearing and shouting by customers that are actually not even listening to solutions, the fact the staff remained so calm showed me that they were well versed in such behavior. I was and am shocked and saddened by this. I am sorry that people find it easier to complain than to appreciate, I thank you Summerdale. I am always grateful for your friendly service, and the care you offered to myself, and members of my family, you have gone out of your way on many an occasion, keep up the great work. I will never have anything but positive words to say about you all.”

“Great staff working always hard at work under tough circumstances. I witness terrible behaviour from other customers. Why are people so entitled and rude! These people don't own the pharmacy...they work there.”
