We're not helpful and advised that they could not print labels off for returns parcels which I know for a fact that they do as have done so in other branches before. It also states on the royal mail website that they can scan qr codes and print labels off. Very rude about it as well.Won't use them again

No staff, only one person serving with a very long queue

Slow and painful. No WiFi. 40 to 60 minute wait!

I got into the branch and the lady at the cashier asked for my Id without knowing which service I wanted. After a few moments I explained that I came to the branch to collect my parcel which o have received a confirmation by email that it was already been delivered. Unfortunately she said to me that the parcel wasn?t there. So I have opened the app and showed her the proof of delivery. She insisted once again without checking on the system that the parcel wasn?t there claiming that the postman did not appeared even tho I?ve shown the picture with the proof. Unfortunately I took the initiative and asked her to go over the parcels over the balcony which the picture matched and got the parcel. Overall it was very stressful situation also they lack organisation within their members of staff.

I don't even think this post office deserves one star but there doesn't seem to be a no star option, for a busy post office it is grossly understaffed stupid long queues parcels and travel money all mixed together .absolute shambles . Why are they all shutting down ? Take a look at this one and there is your answer . . Avoid if you can or take a coffee and sandwich for the wait .

When dealing with customers if you are going to attempt politeness maybe check that someone is a man before humiliating a tall woman by loudly calling her Sir! Is it really necessary to use those terms in this day and age? Your staff need better training.

Today I was assisted by the young gentleman on the Business/Travel desk. Appalling customer service, felt patronised by the service and will not be returning. To be honest I should have foreseen this from the manor in which he spoke to the customer in front of me. Will not be returning. This poor service is evidently a common theme from him.

Went in to return a parcel, massive queue and one member of staff so tried to do self service, then a man came over and very rudely told me to join the queue as the QR code doesn?t work on self service (which I was not to know). I left and came back when the queue was shorter, the woman infront of me asked a question in which she got a very rude response then I was greeted with the grumpy man from earlier who said one word ?cheers? didn?t look at me and launched my parcel from where he was standing to the other side of the room, not a care in the world.

If you need your drivers license renewed don?t bother. Two weeks in a row and apparently the tablet is broken. In the end I went to the Bognor branch which is not local to me and no issue.

There are self service postal machines (don?t do returns) which is very useful however there is normally only one member of staff there meaning there is always a queue

Had to use a self serve machine in Chichester Post Office, it went wrong so I needed help. Not a member of staff to be seen. I ended up calling out ?help is anyone there?. Appalling and very stressful.

Totally unacceptable that I can't charge my electric key in there today, yet can do in Bognor. I wasn't told why either.

Just used the Chichester post office and it was great! Friendly efficient staff and overall a first class experience

9am on a Monday. I felt for the poor man who single handedly had to run the post office, deal with the stroppy queue jumping customer who couldn't get the self serve machine to work and issue travel money whilst simultaneously checking the accuracy of a passport, all with a smile on his face.Shame on you Royal Mail for placing profit before people, understaffing your branches whilst putting those who remain under such pressure.
