The restructuring at Delling Lane is nothing short of a disaster. Transferring the Post Office to the shop counter is causing so many problems. To a "Bean Counter "it probably looks good, but in practice it is not working. Staff morale is getting lower by the day, customers are empathising at the moment.

Just be aware that should you require any manner of postal services at times when 'service' has reverted to the main tills (when the PO 'proper' is unstaffed) - then for anything other than a book of stamps, you're gonna be fresh outta luck. Three times now I've now been in for something slightly more taxing - and on EVERY occasion, the staff have been utterly baffled (by their own systems). Waste.Of.Time.

There?s a massive sign on the side of the building that says ?post office , open when the shop is open? yet every-time I?ve been in there this week I?ve been told it?s not open as they?re staff aren?t trained properly to work it. Absolutely ridiculous. Clearly a training issue in this store!

Once again from CoOp a really lame choice of snacks for vegetarians. Loads of pasties, pies and slices, but all with meat in.

Have used this small supermarket most of the time since the lockdown. Very well organised, staff are fabulous especially Wendy.Good selection of food that has kept us all safe. Lots of special offers, especially the wine and prosecco. Bedding plants are very healthy as well.

This is the loveliest supermarket to visit... always friend, helpful and a delight right now with all the daffodils ?.... and so appreciate the Post Office too..... not the same without Gina though.... her presence remains

Popped in on Tuesday morning to grab some bits before work and was greeted at the till by a lovely lady by the name of Wendy (I Believe ) honestly could of chatted to her for hours, sheâ??s a credit to the company
