“Overall okay . However the TPMS readinf was off. I had to return the next day to resolve a TPMS issue and the manager sorted it out just now. The tyre reading showed it was under inflated 11psi instead of 42 PSI. The matter was satisfactory resolved by the reception/ manager when I went back. We are not sure why the tyre was not at the correct pressure?”

“My car was recovered by Hobbs following an accident, and when I visited their yard to collect my personal effects the car had already been taken away by the insurers. I was handed a bag with my stuff and didn’t actually check the contents, as at a glance everything seemed to be there. On returning home I realised that my jump starter was missing, which was probably the most valuable item in there. Anyway, I complained by e-mail, they responded swiftly and investigated, got back to me, accepted responsibility, replaced the item (actually with a slightly superior unit) and even hand delivered it to my door. There are a lot of negative reviews here from disgruntled folk who’ve had repossessions etc. I just wanted to say that in my experience Hobbs Recovery have been courteous and entirely honourable.”
