I came with a friend for an Elemis facial and it was amazing. The whole experience was lovely, Zsofia was my beautician and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and has worked wonders on my skin! Will definitely look to come back

I had a lovely morning with Lucy, one of the senior therapists. I had a tour of the facilities by the lovely receptionust. And then Lucy did a skin analysis test on this fab machine, outlining my facial skin issues - interesting....and she recommended products I could use. I then had my booked 90 min deep tissue massage and facial.... it was a really great choice to go here. My daughter actually bought me the voucher for my birthday. I will definitely return and 100% recommend to others. Great team all round. Thank you all. And bloody well done!!

I would like to encourage you to review the payment policy before you pay your deposit. I received more than one deposit request without any insight into the payment policy.

Went for a wax this morning with Becky and she was phenomenal! Immediately felt at ease, the treatment was done in professional manner whilst chatting away to keep my mind distracted from pain ? I left feeling amazing! As a matter of fact everyone there were so lovely, as soon as you step in you feel like you're in for a treat. Already looking forward to my next appointment!

I went to this salon to get acrylics before going on holiday, had a very unpleasant experience staff were rude. The lady doing my nails kept commenting on the length I?d chosen and laughing at me when I was trying to make conversation. I came in with gel polish on but didn?t book a removal in advance, I understand this takes time and needs to be booked but was approached twice during the treatment in front of everyone by staff about this and told I?d have to come back later to get my nails painted! The technician did manage to paint them. Was charged £20 for gel removal when I was told it?s £10 on the phone. Didn?t feel comfortable, disappointed would avoid.Service: Acrylic nails
