I recently went to this post office to renew my passport. The service was very friendly and efficient, all done in around 10 mins including a new photograph. They posted off my old passport and I received my new passport in just under 2 weeks. Excellent result.

Very slow service. The owner is very rude by making comments about customers to his staff. It is very obvious as the staff is starting to look at you suspiciously.It's on the way to school so I can't go to a different post office.

I recently visited Broadfield Post office and was blown away by the exceptional customer service provided by their amazing staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer.The staff at this post office are truly top-notch. They greeted me with warm smiles and were incredibly courteous throughout my entire visit. Not only were they friendly, but they also went out of their way to ensure all my questions were answered and needs were met.What impressed me the most was their efficiency and promptness. Despite a busy day at the post office, the staff managed to handle each customer with incredible speed and precision. I was in and out in no time, which made my day so much easier.Overall, my visit in Broadfield Post office was a delight, and I can confidently say it was one of the best customer service experiences I've had. I'll definitely be returning and encouraging my friends and family to do the same. Keep up the fantastic work.

Staff here I?ve found are really fantastic.The guy in the post office bit is really friendly and helpful , and when that is shut you can still send post off at the front counter. Really useful service ??

Mr. Rajesh, you threatened me today to not Let me use the Post Office service if i will not Remove my review. This is completely Wrong and Unacceptable behavior i will complain to the consumer court.No matter whether you are an owner or employee, you should learn from your team how to behave to customers.It was again a very upsetting experience from you Rajesh today.As a small business, we often need to use post office service 4-5 days a week, you know that.Today(02/05/2023 Tuesday) Rajesh Nayee who dosent work in the POST OFFICE but serve at the general counter near the entrance of the shop told his post office colleague to stop accepting my parcels and called me to Chat.He threatened me to Remove the review otherwise he will not LET ME COME IN to use the POSTOFFICE SERVICES. I was very shocked. What a rude and disgusting behavior is that mate.I posted a review 2 years back for his negative/bad behavior toward me. 2 years back i went to the post office to post a small parcel, I needed glue to stick the label, I simply ask him "do you have glue or sellotape to stick the label pls?" in return he said "We are not here for Charity, not giving free stuff, but doing business"I was upset with his such reply, i said you don't need to say that, just say NO, that's it, mate. He said i know how to run the business, i own the shop and OWN the POST OFFICE so don't teach me. i said i am not teaching, but just be nice.I left the post office and came back after a few minutes to post that parcel then he refused to serve me, saying i will not accept your parcel. It was unbelievable behaviour from him. I had to go to another post office with my kid in the car.I felt he was discriminating against me.I thought that issue was finished two years back.But today 2/5/23 Tuesday he threatened me, he will not let me use the post office if i will not remove my Google review. I was shocked how someone can behave like this to customer, instead of talking nicely he started arguing again and said i own the post office and this shop, i will decide if i will let you use it or not. So better remove it or no service.Mr. Rajesh, i will not come back to your post office. I am going to Consumer Court for further action on your behavior. This is completely unacceptable.
