Shop is restocked regularly and if you ask about a missing product on a shelf, a member of staff will always go out of their way to double check availability of products. “I was around Crawley on Friday morning and stopped to grab a drink from M&S. As I was shopping, I approached one of the M&S staff (Maria) for some assistance and she went over and above to assist me. She was lovely and quite cheerful member of staff. Made my day with some banter and wish all other staff would be as helpful as Maria.Wish you all the best and hope you get recognised for your hard work!”

“Was terrible for years, self service checkouts never worked, poorly stocked etc. After an update, things have improved. Problem is, at night, pound hill currently seems to be plagued by cocaine using scum (in particular at the tavern). Would appear there’s been a shift in where the chavs are being housed 😀.”

“Free 3 hour parking in large car park outside! The food hall is very well stocked! Big selection of sandwiches, salads and home shopping! The range is extensive and laid out very nicely throughout the large food shop! There is a m and s cafe within with outdoor seating also. 5* for product range and shopping experience.”

“My bus didn't come, correction my bus didn't come yet again, thanks metro-sus. So I needed a place to go for 50 minutes.Thank the higher powers that gift us the glory of this wonderful place. It was open at 6am. Even on Sunday. And I'll tell you, oh yes I will, it was filled with the wonders that I never dreamed possible.Lemon puffs, I've not seen these for decades. Coffee, just the type my addicted wife, and core abuser asked me to get (under pain of more abusings) and so much more.I had to leave save for spending all my earnings from the nights business on all the joys I could find.I might have to start doing me weekly big shop there, it's just that good.Well done all the magical wizards who brought this place to us from my dreams and continue to keep it going. It literally saved me today.”

“Limited parking which is not their fault due to the town location. A pretty good selection of food (and some alcohol) for the very limited space. The staff are always very polite and helpful. As good as it could be for the convenient location.”

“Can get busy at lunch time and weekends especially Sundays. So finding a parking space can be hard. But generally a friendly and clean store that is well stocked on items.”

“I do shop round on a daily basis from here. It used to be called Mccoll but they went up in business and changed the name. The freezing cabinets have been upgraded with the floor being changed as well to new.All the produce are good for groceries Nd fresh, so they are available at you convince if and where you are for local use as well. When your a little short on Money the locals are very friendly and look out for you, so daily bread or whatever you wish to pick up from your essential daily shopping is available here.There is also toiletries and pet food cat and dog.There is also a post office located inside so you do not to make a trip to the main post office and this is very handy of this convenience area shop.The customer services are always up to scratch and you would not expect it but I rate them 5 star services.So, very well done and the products again are quality and durability from this review just waiting for things to get even better.Thank you very much a very Mich needed business that certainly in my perception needs to stick around.”

“I shop there because it is convenient. Selection is generally good, although the meat and fish have been poor of late. A little expensive for some items, but I guess that is the price that you pay for convenience! The self service tills are probably the most temperamental that I have used - there is an art to using them! It is a bit frustrating when you then have to wait for ages to have a member of staff come to sort the issue out.”
