Visited Crawley Carpet Warehouse as I had not heard of them before. Plenty of choice, made appointment for a measure and quotation and had my entire apartment re carpeted. Service was very prompt and fitters very helpful, well fitted and cleaned away all mess. Extremely pleased and a very good price. Would highly recommend.

Still searching for a carpet/vinyl company that is comfortable with a customer who has a lot of questions. All started fine they measured up with a tape, old fashioned pen and paper. Low technology which didn't bother me as my main focus was information on how the job will be done.Quote arrived and it was laid out perfectly even for customers with dyslexia. All look good until I asked questions about the self levelling technique and how thick it was going to be laid.They sent a builder round who agreed that 5mm would sort the floor out. I didn't get any feedback from the builder that this would be a difficult job.Yesterday I rang the company to be called Natalie several times which isn't my name. And be told I wouldn't be happy with there level of fitting and self levelling installation.I'm guessing they were looking for easy targets that aren't bothered about what there laying, how thick, what products there using, if it's suitable for the floor type etc. Because large amounts of money from a single income person does not matter.So I gave them a 2 star because the reason was not valid. They have just wasted my time!

What a wonderful gem!!Was recommended by someone so we talked to them about some flooring and went to have a look...Lots of samples of carpet, vinyl lino, laminate flooring and wooden flooring, just off Charlwood Road.We placed an order for our kitchen flooring, and had a look at something for our bathroom and en-suite. Pleasant surprise - we got both for less than our first quote from another supplier for just the bathroom.The fitters were round yesterday to remove old kitchen floor and have had to dig up the screed and replace it.First class job, so far...Will update with pix when complete...
