Purchased a new watch. However, the model I wanted had to be sourced from another branch. No problem though. The staff and service was excellent. They even price matched when it arrived. Certainly gets my recommendation.

I visited Samuel’s in Crawley to have 4 rings cut off as due to health my fingers had swollen so badly, the rings all had sentimental value so I was understandably emotional, Nathan and Tina were excellent , they were both so very kind to me and so very gentle. A very big thank you Nathan and Tina x
