“We visited for the willy wonka afternoon tea. It was beautifully decorated and at a brilliant price. The food was lovely. All staff were amazing with superb customer service. After our afternoon tea we went to the outdoor area of the bar and the drinks were lush.”

“Business stay - booked the double refurbished room. Nice and comfortable but small compared to other hotel rooms. I don't like the design where there isn't much room between the desk and bed. Shower - weird curved door. Breakfast - Joseph at the desk was always lovely and cheery and remembered faces from previous days - genuinely looked like he enjoyed his job. Breakfast selection was fantastic. Club room access benefits - this should be explained to all guests upon check in or perhaps some sign to inform. I only learned what it was after speaking to other colleagues who booked same deal, then had to prompt reception to grant me access too.”

“Nice hotel . The hitel is clean and tidy. Rooms are OK nothing brilliant but you get what u pay for. Bed was comfortable and when I asked for extra pillows it wasn't a problem. Great located town center 5 min walk away perfect location for shopping Staff check in staff were lovely. Would only recommend for short stay . Comfortable clean perfect nothing fancy, however it was what we expected so not disappointed Ty 100 percent recommend for short stay , business or somewhere to lay your head for a couple of nights”

“It's a premier Inn, you get what you expect time and time again, this one is great for Gatwick airport, also really close to some parking facilities. It is, however, really easy to drive past time and time again, just pull I the pub carpark, then you will find it tucked away behind it.”

“The hotel is well equipped, modern, comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. If you have to leave before they would normally serve breakfast they will either leave it out for you to help yourself, or do you something to take away. The parking is very convenient and totally stress free. It’s only £5 a day, but bear in mind you will need to get a taxi to the airport and back, so factor in £35 for that round trip when deciding if it’s better to stay somewhere that might initially look a bit more expensive, but has a shuttle. He hotel orders your taxi for you, so it’s very easy.”
