Got my car cleaned here. If I could give 0 stars I would. Paid £25 for a gold clean. When driving home I noticed my windscreen has been completely scratched as well as my driver window. The scratches are deep. Went back to speak to the staff who were so rude and aggressive. The man there stated that he didn?t do it and my windscreen wipers scratched it and he said I did the other scratch on the driver window (which is not the case!) the male staff member demonstrated how they clean the window and whilst there scratched the side of the car as he had keys dangling from his belt and then denied it! He then T Cutted it out. I spoke with the manager who showed us the CCTV which was pointless, as it didn?t show where the scratchs was, it showed the staff cleaning the car close so potentially the keys scratched the window. They believe they are not at fault. Didn?t offer a refund or anyway or rectifying the issues. Just stood and shouted in my face. Rude staff, and not trusted. Do not use unless you want your car damaged!! Poor company horrendous staff.

My car looked amazing and smelt delicious when I got it back this afternoon. They even managed to clean away all evidence of my dog in the car too which literally never happens so very impressed? Super convenient to have it done whilst I did my shopping. Definitely recommend this car wash!

Dont even deserve the one star, the clean was absolutely terrible, asked for the gold and told it will be £23 when I got back to car they charged £30 saying that the car was very dirty. Inside of the car was still dirty left smear and hand prints all over the car. Do not recommend taking your car hear, staff rude and have no people skills what so ever.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Will not use again. Told VW UP is not a small car and had to pay same as lady with 5 door saloon that was twice the size. Paid for Gold service but boot not hoovered, dirt on outer rubber that was just covered with dressing to make ot look clean. Wing mirrors both green on the sides facing the car body.and no air freshener as advertisedService: Vacuuming

Very disappointed.. I ask the lady to have my car wash and clean. It was going to cost me £23. Pay for my car the lady turned round and said I will have to charge you more £ 32?I got home and noticed the window was all awful and the inside wasn?t cleaned properly still had dirty.How can you charge people more money when you do a very poor job. Took my car here for a valet this week and was "greeted" by a man who lacked any level of customer service, somewhat grunted at me in acknowledgement.... I walked to the price list and he told me to the 2/4 cheaper options were not available. So I paid for a Gold valet at £28. I asked if he would ensure the boot was vacuumed and the inside windows done and said "yes yes..." as he waved me in irritation. ?Was told to return two hours later and I came back and was in a rush, got home and saw fingerprints on the doors, the inside glass had literally had one wipe not even across the whole screen, and there were still rubber scuff marks thst was able to remove with my finger on the side.... Won't be returning. They did the bare minimum and charged a valet price... And behaved like I was inconveniencing them!
