This place has improved immensely, largely due to a rather new lady pharmacist ,who normally is there on a Monday, this lady is very good nothing seems too much and will go above and beyond to help, they have increased the staffing witch also helps.

Regularly open late despite meant to be opening at 0900, more (0908/0912). Annoying when you wait for 0900 and it?s longer. Abrupt staff who prioritise staff in uniform over others (ambulance employee picking up personal medication was pushed to front of the queue)

Il start this review by saying the people who run it are absolutely lovely people! Very friendly and genuinely nice people ! However what I do find absolutely beyond frustrating is that they get a prescription sent to them 4-5-6-7 days ago and it?s for incredibly important medication, morphine for significant and severe pain amongst other things and you go to collect it a week after it has been issued and they turn round and say oh we are going to have to order it in !!!!!!!! What do you mean order it in ! You?ve had the prescription for a week and you mean to say that despite it sitting here you have bothered to order it ! ???? You actually wait till someone shows up to collect it just to say that you have to order it ! COME ON MAN !!!!! That is bloody outrageous beyond belief! Why on earth would you not order the damn medication in so that the person can get it when they come! That?s exactly why I?ve left it a week till I?ve come to collect so that you have time more than adequate time to get the medication!!!!! Why should I come then have to drive back ! 2 lots of waiting! Two lots of fuel to pay for ! It?s just beyond belief! It?s not how you run a business and it?s especially not how you run one that supplies desperately sick people with medication! It?s terrible!!!! Secondly what I don?t get is why can you not get the medication ready for someone to collect! It?s the only chemist in the universe where you can call and say oh I will be over in 2 hours can you have my medication ready please ! Why oh why is that so hard ! Every single chemist I?ve used does that and I?ve used thousands and that?s no exaggeration! Being sick my whole life I?ve used thousands and this is the only chemist that won?t do it ! Even the reception team at my GP was absolutely baffled when I said to her about it ! She said and I quote!!!! For heaven?s sake why on earth won?t they prepare it for you ! Why should I have to wait for half an hour if I give notice! They use the excuse it?s controlled drugs etc etc ! Well I?m not asking for you to give it to my child to collect! I?m just saying can you have it prepared ready because sometimes I?m in my way to London for treatment like I am most days and I don?t want to get held up !!!!! Honestly you couldn?t make it up ! It?s beyond belief! It?s outrageous and there is absolutely no service for the customer! Time to go elsewhere! Absolutely ridiculous sit here all night tonight now in pain because they haven?t bothered to order the meds even though they?ve had the prescription for a week ! What a load of horse s*%t

Over all service in Bewbush pharmacy is great, staff is kind helpful. My only issue with the pharmacy is the flooring! Which is absolutely unhygienic. Very dirty, its because of the carpet flooring. This does not reflect how a pharmacy should be presenting, especially where drugs are being prepared and sell.I truly believe this needs urgent action, not sure if your establishment audited or monitored by any infection control team.I hope this will look into.Many thanks

Fantastic pharmacy with great service. I had been to 4 big pharmacies who didn?t have my medicine in stock and said they could not order it in but Mannings ordered it in next day for me. 5 stars.

Been at this chemist now for a number of months! The people we have dealt with including the owner are all lovely people! We have never had anything but politeness from them! I have significant illness and the lovely lady who works there actually drove my morphine to my home for me because I was in severe pain! Blown away by the kindness of the staff ! Thank you so very much!

I wish I could not even give one star. First you give my partner attitude and just tell him my medication is not there. Finally get text to pick up at broadfield pharmacy, they give bewbush a call and now they have the cheek to say they have my medication but I refused to go there. I will be reporting the ladies in this pharmacy . Learn better customer service and learn to show respect to others if you want to be treated the same way. I recommend DO NOT USE THEM.

I have been using this phamarcy since 2003. The staff is always polite, very helpful and discreet when necessary. The chemist is really helpful, he's always got a kind word and remembers peopleEverytime I've had to have a private consultation he has bern spot on, helpful and reassuring.

Rude.My daughter had to pick up a prescription for me because I have Covid. She felt very intimidated by the staff and they were very rude. I have a prepaid prescription certificate but they didn?t believe her so demanded to talk to me on the phone. Apparently their system isn?t up to date because one quick check on the website and my certificate is very much valid. I?ll be changing pharmacy now. Very polite on the phone but not so polite to a 16 year old in school uniform.
