Always service with a smile

Post office here always charge more even though I measure and weigh the item according to the post office website guidelines.
The post office lady isn't friendly and looks like she dislikes attending to customers. I have never seen her smile.
The other staff in the shop are friendly and helpful.
From now on I will post items elsewhere.
