Been going here for over 10 years. Pav has a wealth of knowledge and constantly trains to keep up to date with the latest techniques and health benefits. Massages are amazing, helps to relieve knots and issues. Highly recommend the scalp massage! Great with waxing, tinting, spray tanning, nails. A real all round great salon, friendly welcome and great value.

she.. is.. incredible! I?ve only ever been waxed twice before and the first time was a horrible experience. I was on edge about trying again, but she was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable, all my fears left and I cannot wait to see her again. Come here few months ago to treat myself. I was wrong. I didn't relax at all, place was dirty and clustered. I asked for a gentle massage and instead I was in more pain than before. Hated it

I have been going to Perfect Beauty for many years and have had many treatments including brow lamination (wow by the way) eye lash extensions, tanning and waxing and all are amazing and would never go anywhere else! Woke up today with a stiff neck and couldn't move my shoulders properly. I initially thought that it would go away with some pain relievers but I couldn't really tolerate it so I searched for a place which does neck, back, and shoulders treatment here in Crawley. Perfect Beauty was at the top of the search list. I decided to call and Pav really went out of her way to squeeze me in for her last session this afternoon. It was one of the best massages I have ever experienced , specially that I came in because I was in a great deal of pain and not just for a regular massage session. Pav is one of a kind. She owns the place and she's also the one who does the treatments. When I arrived, she was really charming, warm, and friendly. She even shared some of her life stories with me as if we have known each other for a long time. She's passionate about her work and she loves it, and so it loves her back. In such a short time, I have learned to admire Pav. I highly recommend this place.
