1 star is far too generous.8 months on and we still continue with this absolute circus performance of a service.No post being delivered.Tracked and signed for parcels lost or I?m informed they are sat amongst a mountain of thousands of parcels.It has now become a weekly task of mine to go to the delivery office to collect my post and parcels. Even then I am somehow fobbed off, promised a call back and no further forward.Fed up of hearing you?re understaffed. This has been the case since early 2023, yet you continue to fraudulently charge fees for a non existent service and fail to recognise that this is unacceptable. Do something about it! Your problem, not mine!

Parcels were marked as delivered but were not. Contacted head office & Crawley delivery office, was ignored.

My parcel delivered to the wrong address(photo proof) around week later someone else parcel left in our staircase the owner of the parcel 2 blocks away, important document lost in the post office when i tried to collect they could get it only days after i could collect it.delay, lost parcels!postman don't even try to deliver the parcel just leaving the collection card.Reported nothing happened,shame ?Highly not recommended!Use Amazon, Evri, Dpd, Yodel, FedExThey always was on the time and never lost my parcels...

My package was tampered ..I was sent a delivery from yeovil post office to Crawley through royal mail with package number KL632122293GB (3 oil perfumes and one body spray ) which is weighing 0.66kgOn getting to my house my package was not complete I only received the Riggs body sprayRoyal mail where did my other oil perfumes go ?Please don?t tell me you lost itBecause I?ll press charges if nothing is doneMy first business with RoyalMailThis is the worst delivery experience ?avoid them

Just collected my parcels. Asked for a redelivery but I changed my mind. The man at the counter made sure to track down my parcels and sorted out the problem. I was advised that the best bet to make sure I get a parcel is just to pick it up from a Delivery Office.

Absolutely shocking. Apparently there is an issue with staffing and I was told by the Gatwick office to go to the Crawley branch to collect as it was there. I was greeted by someone on the counter who was not in the best of moods. Said Gatwick are useless and to call this number but don't get my hopes up as they are useless as well. Royal mail going down the toilet. Not fit for purpose and should just close their doors. Shame this is our national post service. Evri looks well run compared to this shambles.

I really enjoy having this precious place to go and collect my missed parcels. The collection is quick, effective and the service very polite. One should keep this face-to-face customer contacts. It helps a lot. I just adore when I get a Card saying they missed me and I can go and collect it in this Delievery office. I am not available most of the times. Leaving a parcel on the steps is a NO-NO for me. So this makes me feel secured that my parcel will not fall into wrong hands and I will get it on my on time. PERFECT. Do keep it on!

Awful service! I missed the delivery because I was in the bathroom. The guy knocked on the door once and then left immediately. Now I have to go and pick up myself.

Useless, went this morning and has the closed sign. I then went to WHSmith as this is supposedly where they have been relocated when the woman asked me if I had resent the parcel to the WHSmith store.

Really poor. Missed a package delivery card left tells you to come here. Sign says they?re open but everything is closed up so no access plus there?s a sign telling you they?ve moved. It seems they?re not interested in providing any service.Although they?re happy to go on strike for more money? I will avoid using Royal mail as much as possible.
