“I just wanted to say I was served by a lovely lady called Louise.I was in such a fluster with two of my childrens birthdays a day apart and shopping for them also trying to get my phone to load and setting up an account for pandora and to load my nhs 10% discount. Louise was so warm and welcoming, made me feel relaxed and talked me through it all and the items I had asked to see and purchase for my daughters birthday. I think she deserves a reward or bonus for her passion and welcoming ways in her role.I hope to pop in again after such a lovely experience like I expected- not rushed or forced to buy.”
