Terrible service from a woman named Aman, very inattentive. Other locations are much better, ensure correct portions and actually pay attention to what you?re saying. Not going back here.

Attended this subway with a Bluelight discount card which is valid and approved by subway usually resulting in a 20% discount. Lady behind the till who was on her own didn?t know what she was doing, pretended she did the discount despite it being obvious she hadn?t due to the total of the price. Once I got the receipt I asked her about where the discount was and she stood by the fact she did it despite clearly not. Disappointing customer service.

Awful, the customer service is awful, we tried to phone a few times today to sort a order that was completely wrong. I'm allergic to some of the ingredients so of course I chose what I wanted in my sub and of course they added the wrong ingredients.She was rude. She put the phone down. Passed me to another lady who did not speak English. It was a nightmare. The receipt? There was none of course the till was down how convenient. Just to add typically the manager was not in. She said what do you want me to do? She also said repeatedly we ordered the same sub and that's how it comes. After explaining there is an option to customise your sub. I mean it's subway that is the whole point. I will be taking it to your customer service team aswell! Terrible customer service. Would never recommend this store.

Ordered hearty Italian did not get it Ordered with cheese toasted , roll was rock hard so very disappointed subway has gone down hill everytime we order lately there's something wrong didn't send crisps that was Ordered so my tea is now nothing as bin had mine

After hectic night fancied Vegan meatball Sub. I was served by Pravi who was wonderful and welcoming, even though she was still preparing for opening..she still served me with big smile and took my order very patiently. Thank you and What a wonderful way to finish my day.
