No que so ordered quickly, my daughters sandwich was made instantly. The rest of my order wasn't started for 15 minutes, because the staff prioritised a Just Eat order over mine. I had to repeat what I wanted to the staff three times before eventually getting the rest of my order. By this time my daughters sandwich was cold. Very disappointing when it costs so much ? felt invisible. Also the roof clearly leaks as the tables and chairs literally had puddles on them. Restaurant was very dirty, won't be returning anytime soon.

Soulless venue far worse than any other Subway as if the staff hate their jobs it something whatever it doesn't bode with being a happy place to eat and if one leave a car in the cinema car park red hot harry the over jobs worth car park attendant places fine even if one is a Cineworld card holder using the Cineworld and a Nuffield health gym membership card holder using the gym Yes one man is taking it on himself to finish Cineworld Cinema and it's restaurants and the Hollywood bowl and Nuffield health centre gym by the issue of afine if one even trues to buy a takeaway Subway back to ones vehicle prior to Cineworld Cinema or Gym.Have abandoned this Subway therefore ages ago.Vegetarian options: Well just don't have the neat fill up with salad on flat bread

Spacious. Plenty of space to sit & eat. Enquired about what drinks you can have in the meal deal. Lady said from the nozel or bottled, but when it came to charging me she only then revealed that bottles hike up the price of the deal; which means they're then not PART of the deal. Friendly enough, but staff could be better in engaging customers to find out what they're looking for & to give them a reason to come back soon. Tuna/cheese/sweetcorn toasted Italian sandwich was nice though.Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors, plenty of room for maneuverability.

We have just been to subway for our business lunch round spending nearly £40, when we arrived the lady serving was miserable. Unfortunately she did not understand English either and got our orders muddled several times. There was only salad on show, everything else was away (including meats, cheese, sauces, etc). There was hardly anything available! The lady was not even able to explain what wasn?t available, we had to keep calling out examples of fillings to see if it was available or not. We asked what the deal was on the cookies and was told to check the board.

A tasty 6 inches of 'Sub', a £2.49 voucher, a bottle of Oran' Juice Jones and a very tired though very informative and plucky customer service assistant dutifully notifying every new customer that came in to queue that she was running low on produce due to an unexpectedly busy day! Give her a pay rise! ?

I wouldn't even rate it, such a disappointment, I ordered for pick up around 12:08 and was told to pick up at 12:24, I got there 12:20 not only to get to the store and be ignored there was 3 staff members who couldn't handle 3 other customers in front of me i ended up waiting 35 + mins to then find out they hadn't even made my food when i asked again they told me wait 5 mins to then be ignored again. It's a joke. I don't usually write reviews but had to be done. By the end I never got my order. No customer services at all!

terrible customer service, waited almost 30 minutes while the store was not that busy for a soggy, cold disappointment while they prioritized uber eats.Either down to lack of training or poor time management.
