“Local store with lovely staff! They are always ready to help and nothing is too much trouble. Shop is restocked regularly and if you ask about a missing product on a shelf, a member of staff will always go out of their way to double check availability of products. Thank you for always being so friendly :)”

“Absolutely superb! Been here a couple of times in the last month. The place is spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and the service is excellent. Oh, and the food is great and very good value. Best all-day cooked breakfast I've ever had.”

“Great place no hustle and bustle of the shop. Pack at your own leisure. No rushing with queues behind you. The staff are friendly. Just get a bit wet if it's raining. Could do with an awning over parking packing area. Otherwise spot on . Thank s”

“A great variety of items can be found here and reasonable prices. Store is always clean and tidy, you might have to dodge a cage now and then but that’s just the staff restocking efficiently. I love the Greggs sausage rolls they actually taste like the ones from the Greggs store.”

“Thank you to Manager Rick, who helped me get through to deliveroo. I managed to get refund as the delivery driver Lorenzo stole our alcohol which was worth over £50 and tried to delivery to the wrong house! Rick is a very good manager there so thank you again and waiting with me on my own”

“Never been before, car park was a bit tight, staff all friendly and helpful, found the fresh produce a bit pricy, but their frozen stuff is very good value and had some really good deals on. We will be going back”

“Currently the most well stocked budget supermarket in Crawley. Reasonable size but gets really busy around peak hours. The automated checkouts are more prevalent than ever but at least the ones here a reliable.”

“Very helpful and polite staff. The premises are kept spotlessly clean. Queue to checkout is minimal although there are self service booths. Not of use if you are buying alcohol or tobacco products!Overall, I cannot fault the store,Well done CoOp, please pass this on to the team.My best regards, Brother Jem Palmer.”

“I was around Crawley on Friday morning and stopped to grab a drink from M&S. As I was shopping, I approached one of the M&S staff (Maria) for some assistance and she went over and above to assist me. She was lovely and quite cheerful member of staff. Made my day with some banter and wish all other staff would be as helpful as Maria.Wish you all the best and hope you get recognised for your hard work!”

“Was terrible for years, self service checkouts never worked, poorly stocked etc. After an update, things have improved. Problem is, at night, pound hill currently seems to be plagued by cocaine using scum (in particular at the tavern). Would appear there’s been a shift in where the chavs are being housed 😀.”

“Good availability all round, although range selection is limited compared to larger supermarkets. Prices are slightly higher, but that's due to a more premium quality.”

“Amazing store! So helpful when I was in need of assistance. A lovely supervisor, Brandon, really helped me out when I was looking for a few things. I couldn't recommend him and the store any more! Keep it up Brandon! He needs a payrise!”

“Very popular so sometimes have to wait a few minutes to get a pump. If you want to pay by card the staff in the shop seem to ignor the fact that you may be confused with this operation at the pump. A little more customer service, instead of chatting about family life in the shop to each other, wouldn't go amiss.”

“Unlike most Crawley nonsense, this store has the same reasonable inventory, prices, and hours as any other Tesco Express. Would you please put some ale beer in the fridge instead of nothing but lager?”

“Located at West Green Sainsbury's, always one of the best priced petrol stations in the area. Plenty of fuel pumps available. Access direct from the A23 Crawley Lane, west bound carrgeway only or from Sainsbury's car park. Busy station with a small shop and a Costa coffee machine always a bonus.”

“Giving this five star review because I've always liked coming to this store but more so because today I've witness a gentleman at the store, working at the till alone. Serving and endless line of peoe with nothing but politeness and top notch service. 12:20 Wednesday 3rd december 2019 the south Asian looking chap.”

“I must say i was left surprisingly stunned! One of their staff members Jegathish helped carry a huge box for me to my vehicle as he saw i had hands full of shopping. Staff like this there are very few so please Co-op reward him and do what you can to promote people like this”

“Limited parking which is not their fault due to the town location. A pretty good selection of food (and some alcohol) for the very limited space. The staff are always very polite and helpful. As good as it could be for the convenient location.”

3.2Average34 Reviews

“Very good, used the self scan and I a bit miffed as to why it takes so long to get assistance when needed. I bought some alcohol and had to wait ages for an age verification. Also the receipt scanner to exit the area is appalling”

“Can get busy at lunch time and weekends especially Sundays. So finding a parking space can be hard. But generally a friendly and clean store that is well stocked on items.”

3.2Average67 Reviews

“I shop there because it is convenient. Selection is generally good, although the meat and fish have been poor of late. A little expensive for some items, but I guess that is the price that you pay for convenience! The self service tills are probably the most temperamental that I have used - there is an art to using them! It is a bit frustrating when you then have to wait for ages to have a member of staff come to sort the issue out.”

“My son was in Spain and ran out of money and I was trying to top up his Asda money card for him but was having problems. The lovely lady in the money kiosk, I believe her name was Helen Taylor, was so kind and helpful. She went out of her way to help me and we managed to send him the money. I want to thank her for her outstanding service. She is a real credit to your company.”
