Standard TGI,s menu, Standard TGI service, food well cooked and tasty. Restaurant was COLD, as heating was broken. Overall eating experience was of a typical TGI, which has yet to disappoint.

We ordered through Just Eat at 5:45 and the food didn't arrive til 7:30, food was cold and we were missing part of our order so I called them up and told the manager and he apologised and said they'd been having issues with Just Eat all evening through lack of drivers and them taking so long, at this point I thought he was going to tell me to log a complaint through Just Eat as that's usually what the restaurant will say in this situation but he said if I can get down to the restaurant in 25 mins he will re cook our entire order which I absolutely didn't expect, so we got down to the restaurant and he had 3 bags waiting for us, one contained our original order all fully re cooked and 2 bags of extras like more fries, chicken strips and chocolate brownies.Michael, the manager of TGIs in Crawley went above and beyond for us and we couldn't be more thankful plus he was a genuinely lovely guy who felt terrible about our experience with Just Eat but he has completely made amends and turned a frustration situation into a pleasant one so thank you Michael you are a legend.

Awful service and over an hour for food to arrive. Food okay but allow at least 2 hrs to eat. Waiter did discount our bill so at least theprice was reasonable.

Haven't eaten here in many years.Went there as a family group of 9. Upon arrival we were told our table was not ready because the previous guests had overrun and they had been told the table was needed. They made no effort to get out the way and we had to wait over 20 minutes beyond our booking time. This wasn't TGI's fault really but they have us all a free drink which was very generous and completely sorted the problem for us.During this, one of the staff....I think his name was Craig I think....apparently this is his second job...but he certainly gave it all....he did a load of magic tricks for the kids and they loved it.The other guy attending to us was also very good and kept apologising for the wait.Eventually sat down and the service was generally good but we did find ourselves waiting a little bit for more drinks etc but nothing too bad.The food was very good and was about on par with what I remembered and what I would expect. At the end...Craig (apologies if that's not his name!) cane to see us on his way finishing his shift (about 40 mins late I think!) To make sure we were all ok. A fun time had by all.

Food was good. The was no proper heating so we stay with our coats on the whole time service was slow. Food was not cheap and some of the portions were small such as the ribs and the cheese

Had a great experience 3 days in a row at TGIs Crawley! Lucy, Michael, and Tom were really accommodating to my food allergy and made me feel welcome. Great food and great vibes too!

We booked in advance and walked into the reception area. The Christmas tree should have been an indication? Sad and with no lights. We waited at the ?welcome? desk for 5 minutes and no-one bothered to come and check us despite staff walking past.We walked into the restaurant and waited inside the door for a further 4 minutes. Staff looked at us but didn?t bother to come over or acknowledge us. We counted six all nattering at the back.Avoid!

the amount of unfriendliness and attitude the waitress gave me and my family was absolutely unacceptable. she put no effort in and she clearly didnt know what she was doing, she got the order wrong and wrote down the wrong things so we had to correct her and then after waiting 1 hour for food it came and all the food was absolutely freezing cold. its unacceptable, we then asked politely for fresh fries as they were cold, and they brought it back still cold and soggy. she then didnt offer a refund or fresh food when it wasnt our fault, wont be coming back. she needs to do her job properly

TGIs have gone down hill big time! This is not the place I used to know. This is the most disappointing meal I?ve had in a while. I get it there?s a cost of living crisis and inflation but I?ve never know that to affect the size of the JD Ultimate ribs. The portions have reduced so much so that the most expensive meals now look like tapas. A total waste of £102. They served our main meals on the sharing plates just to let you know how tiny the portions were. The price of the starters have literally doubled. In half a rack of Jack Daniel?s ultimate ribs which cost about £22 there were literally 3-4 bones. The £19 wrap was served on a side plate not even the hot plates anymore. Worst spend this year. The coleslaw that came with this half rack was served in a tiny pot the size of the dipping sauce. I?m still in shock. And the heating wasn?t working so we sat in the cold. Never going to TGI?s again.

Possibly one of the worst experience in a restaurant for a very long time? The waitress had terrible attitude and never brought cuttlery until the food was served. Napkins never offered but had to ask after the cuttlery came? Then they forgot the cuttlery for one of us. The service was so bad that it seemed a joke or being done badly on purpose. The fruit coolers for kids was a glass full of crushed ice and a small splash of syrup? Honestly like a jokeThe food very poor value for money: Special mention to the messy cheese hamburger with dry poor quality meat and terrible tomato pasta from kids menu, overdone, unexciting and extremely average, just pasta badly done. If you?re wondering why i got pasta in a tex-mex restaurant? Well?it was the ONLY option in the kids menu as i have a dairy allergic kid. Another of the highlights? no options for dietary restrictions :(The sides for kids were laughable, the baked beans were in a small container which fitted around a couple of table spoons of baked beans, ridiculously tiny.We needed to ask for the bill several times but kept being ignored.Honestly i?ve felt so distafied with food, overall experience and service that i do not recommend this place to anyone. There are so many other options in this location that it is hard to justify a visit to this TGIf, none of the restaurants around comes close (in the negative points!) and it is certainly the most expensive one so: Stay away, don?t waste your money? you?ll thank me?Dietary restrictions: Forget this place if your kid is allergic to dairy. No options in the kids menu apart from pasta with tomato, badly done and not very tasty. No alternatives offered and very unhelpful, no allergens menu available on site, you need to get it from the website through QR, so you end up doing the waiters job who seem unhelpful, uninterested and not very sympathetic

Great food, awesome music, and a chilled atmosphere for a mid week lunch. Service was great, and huge menu selection both of drinks and food options. We will need to go back just to sample the amazing menu. Thanks!

First visit to TGI Friday?s in 10 years or so. Whilst the prices have increased the quality of food has not. Ordered a burger that arrived lukewarm and was annoyed that you now have to pay £5 for a small portion of fries with the burger. I appreciate that TGI Fridays have to increase prices due to competition but at least raise the quality.

Went today, took ages to get attention of the staff as it felt like they didn?t have enough to cover today. However the staff that were there were lovely and helpful, just a nightmare to get the attention of one when it came to wanting to do ordering and paying the bill. Food is on the pricier side but the quality is one of the best I?ve experienced for a TGI Fridays. Ordered Coca Cola and it came in glasses meant for coffee which was confusing and no spoons for dessert which was the cheesecake and came with ice cream instead of the whipped cream listed on the menu wasn?t fun to try and eat with using a fork. Portion sizes are generous depending on what you opt for - cause nearly £10 for 3 chicken wings is nuts! But the £33 platter which has bacon, steak, a double chicken wing, chicken breast and half a rack of ribs with chips, mushroom, onion rings and a tomato is worth it for the amount of food and the variety of flavours. At times the atmosphere wasn?t great during the meal due to other diners around us getting frustrated with the slow service and some even leaving their table to go and find staff. I would come back to this place though as it?s the best TGI food I have ever had despite the slow service and other issues stated above. I would recommend booking a table in advance as it gets busy. Sadly only giving 3* due to the service issues, not having proper dining utensils (eating ice cream with a fork wasn?t fun) and the slowness of the food turning up to the table.Kid-friendliness: Kids portions are very generous- my daughter loved the pasta. Only complaint she had was the wait for food. She loved the decor and looking through the menu and there is a wide variety of options to suit even the most fussiest of kid?s taste buds. It?s a great place to go if you?re looking for a treat.

Came in here after walking out of Harvester due to slow service? Did exactly the same here. We were seated, looked at menu?s and waiting to be served. 30 MINUTES had gone by and no one came to get our drinks order. 3 of the female servers were clearly having such a great conversation they forgot about all the customers waiting to be served. After 40 minutes we walked. Hire better staff.

Didn't feel like the old TGI experience, and the lack of enthusiastic service might have been the primary reason.Food was enjoyable, at sensible enough prices, although for some reason they had a starter listed in the mains and it had no explanation of the lack of sides with it (only on arrival did I find out...)Pretty mediocre in the end.
